My mission is to help clients create Generational Wealth through Real Estate Investing. As a Realtor, I get to know my clients investment goals in terms of location(s), style of properties and also what investment numbers are important to them. (Looking for Cash Flow, CapRate, IRR, Tax Advantages, etc.) I help analyze deals side by side with owners and scout out a property that fits their needs. I can even help prepare Bank Proformas for clients to bring to their lender. (or recommend local lenders if you like shopping around) I also have the pleasure of working as Real Property Management Viking's preferred Agent. RPMV is growing to be the Twin Cities premier Property Management Company with ZERO evictions and ZERO Missed Payments ever. Starts with their rock solid screening process to help find A+ Tenants. Huge thank you to Klaire for making our move-in experience so smooth! She was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, which made our move into the rental townhome so much easier especially since we were relocating from another state. We’re absolutely in love with the property and can’t wait to make it our home for the next 18 months. Klaire went above and beyond to ensure everything went perfectly. Again thank you so much Klaire!

After converting our previous home to a rental property with another property manager, we found RPM Viking this summer and decided to make the switch. John has been very helpful by phone and Ellen has been very responsive by email.
We're happy with their commitment to proactively taking care of our property and keeping our tenants happy.
After working with a much smaller company that didn't always have time to communicate with us (even in urgent scenarios!), I'm very impressed by the volume of communication we have received during our onboarding process. RPM Viking seems to be just the right size to meet our needs thoroughly and personally. When one staff member is out of the office for a week, others step in.
It's clear they have solid systems in place - and their emails and online forms are professional -- but I am getting quick and personal responses to my questions - not generic replies from nameless employees.

I have one rental property that I have managed myself for the past several years, but recently decided to hire a property manager. I was hesitant throughout my searching process because it seems like lots of property management companies charge a steep fee for a less than satisfactory service. John Scribante and his team at RPM make you feel comfortable. John has tremendous property management knowledge and was able to help me through complex rental situations with ease. I haven’t had RPM manage my property long, but so far I would highly recommend.
