I specialize in house hacking and STR's. I created financial independence for myself using both strategies and am very passionate about helping others do the same. Marlin was wonderful to work with for both the purchase and sale of my condo. In 2019, as a first-time homebuyer, Marlin patiently walked me through every step of the process. He really took the time to understand what I was looking for and found me the perfect condo in a great location. I never felt pressured and he was always available to show me properties or just offer advice.
Fast forward to 2024 when I wanted to sell and called Marlin again. This time around he was just as professional and helpful as before and expertly guided me through the selling process. I was very happy with a quick and smooth sale in an uncertain market.
Marlin's expertise, responsiveness, and genuine care for his clients, make him an excellent realtor. Whether you are buying or selling, I highly recommend Marlin Yoder at Robbins Realty. He truly goes above and beyond!

I interviewed three Real Estate companies.
Marlin ,representing Robbins, got my attention from his local knowledge.
I setup for photos and after we put then on online we had a buyer.
The quickest contract for purchase I'd ever had, three weeks after hurricane. Milton.
Marlin helped so much with the repair services , especially finding a roofing company that was willing to jump on our project immediately. Better yet it was finished in budget and on time.
The closing was done 1300 miles apart. It went very smooth.
Marlin's team are complete professionals.
I feel good about my sell price and obviously the speed for this sale to be completed.

This is the third house (forth time) that I’ve used Marlin as my realtor. All four times have been such a great experience. He’s extremely knowledgeable of the market, great with people, great negotiator, very likable and unassumingly professional! I can’t say enough good about him without sounding like I’m a friend writing a fake review. Lol. I can say with confidence…if you hire Marlin to sell your house or find you a house, you will not be disappointed! In fact, you will be happy you did!!

Marlin went above and beyond the call of duty. We had to move quickly to acquire some property in Florida. My wife was talking to him at the end of one week. At the beginning of the next, he literally rearranged his schedule so that he could meet with her and show her 9 properties over 2 days. He answered all our questions and when he didn't know, he found out. I cannot recommend him enough.

A Passionate Representative with Knowledge You Need. Marlin is one of those agents you will find whom you can have complete confidence in once you meet him. His attention to the details helped my family understand all the options available with such a complex listing. The knowledge he provides is worth every penny. Giving us vital information needed to make the best decision possible throughout the whole process. Marlin loves what he does and you need someone like that whether you are selling or buying a home because they will represent you in the best possible way. My family could have chosen numerous agents to help us in listing this home but hands down, Marlin is one of the best, if not "the best" in the area.

Marlin guidance and advice through the process was so up to the mark! My wife and I found Marlin three or four years ago at the beginning of our search for a home in Sarasota. We were living in the Boston area and only visited Sarasota every three or four months to see friends and family. The patience and understanding he showed us was remarkable.
His knowledge of the area, market and negotiation was so informative.
He stuck with us and in April we finalized the sale of the perfect house for us. Thank you Marlin.

As a second-time homebuyer, I appreciated how Marlin listened to my specific needs and only showed me properties that matched my criteria, saving me valuable time.
Marlin's knowledge of the local market was impressive, and his negotiation skills helped me secure the home for a fair price. Always responsive to my questions and kept me informed at every step. Closing day came, and everything was well organized. He even did a walkthrough the day before and secured the keys since I wasn’t able to attend the closing.
