Her one pet peeve - being left in the dark. Her husband Jesse (Asheville Middle School Counselor) and children (Annalise 16, Micah 14) have made Asheville their home for the past 21 years. They renovated their Historic Montford house, and may never leave. Her love for this community continues to grow. Aviva and her family spend time hiking, cooking, traveling (recently to Amsterdam, Ireland, Switzerland and Italy) and enjoying local events. We found Aviva on Google after reading her numerous glowing 5-star reviews, and I’m so glad we did! I didn’t know her before, but from the moment we started working together, I knew we were in great hands. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the Asheville real estate market, especially navigating the tricky climate after Hurricane Helene. Her expertise made the whole process smoother and less stressful than we ever expected.
On top of being highly skilled, Aviva is also an absolute joy to work with. She’s hilarious, thoughtful, and made every step of the process enjoyable. She was a strong advocate for our needs every step of the way, always ensuring we felt heard and supported. Her trustworthiness and integrity were evident in every interaction, which gave us complete peace of mind.
What’s even more amazing is that we’ve since become friends and still stay in touch. If you’re looking for a realtor who combines deep knowledge of the market with a genuine, caring personality, look no further—Aviva is truly the best of the best, and I cannot recommend her enough!

I have worked with Aviva Pitt on multiple Real Estate Transactions and she is second to none. She is extremely skilled at analyzing deals in the marketplace, prioritizing her clients needs, and she is an incredible negotiator. She is an expert at the top of her profession!

“Working with Aviva has been a blast from walk through to closing. Combining skills with spunk, she navigated us through a few different real estate projects. Negotiating with nuance, she knows what she’s doing and got all our houses immediately under contract, then guided us through the rest of the process by taking a lot of work out of our hands. No reason for you to re-invent the wheel; Aviva shared her contacts and made it seem like buying a house was easy, while taking all the stress out of the process.”
