Pioneer Property Management took over where I where I live not too long ago and I have 2 issues going on that I have reported and nothing is being done about it. I don't
understand why people buy property and don't maintain it.
I'm going to report it to my case manager at OACAC and if they don't advocate on my behalf I will go to Ashley Reynolds on KY3. When we get older all we want is to live in a place and NOT worry about things not working properly!

Inquired about having Pioneer manage my portfolio. An individual named Jason Gold was shrewd and made claims of contact that never took place. Glad I was able to find out what type of people Pioneer has managing peoples livelihoods before I was neck deep and had larger issues on my hands. Look elsewhere if you don’t want tenants intentionally damaging your property due to the rudeness of the people you decide to put in charge of running things for you.

Pioneer Property Management has been very helpful with our transition into our new home. We were able to tour the house, apply for it, and get approved for it in the same day. Since moving in, we have submitted several small maintenance requests and our property manager, Bobbi, has seen to it that each request has been addressed within a day and the maintenance all scheduled within a week.

Pete, was great! Our fridge is out and during our inspection, he let us know they had mini fridges they could lend until the new fridge is delivered. He brought us the mini fridge the next morning! Very nice and professional!
I wish Pioneer would have brought the temporary mini fridge up late last month we put in our maintenance request and maintenance confirmed the fridge would have to be replaced. Pete was awesome! Thank you, Pete!

Pioneer Property Management has been a very great company to work with. I had a very short turn around time to get my place ready to rent before moving out of state. It was an easy choice to go with this company as they were incredibly detailed, provided all the information on their services, how the relationship would work and what I should expect in addition to providing great customer service. All of the communication thus far has been great and my property manager Bobbi has already worked to resolve issues before and after move in of tenants. Highly recommend renting a home through Pioneer.
