I worked with Real Property Management (RPM) when we decided to rent out our home, and it was an absolute nightmare from day one. The initial realtor assigned to us was extremely unprofessional. She consistently showed up late and completely lacked basic communication skills. I should have seen the red flags right then and there. We lost an enormous amount of money working with this company. Whenever our tenant requested minor maintenance, RPM would upcharge us a fortune. To make matters worse, the contractors RPM hired were always late, and their total lack of communication left our tenants feeling ignored, out of the loop, and completely unvalued. When it came time to renew the lease, RPM's "renewal specialist" actually advised us not to raise the rent...even though our property boasts amazing features and was already being rented BELOW market value! After nearly two years of this incompetence, we cut ties and ended our working relationship with RPM. Fast forward 18 months after terminating our contract: our tenant contacts us to report that an RPM plumbing contractor showed up at the house for an "inspection" - a year and a half after we stopped using them! This is a massive safety and privacy violation. Had RPM maintained proper records or communicated internally like a legitimate business, they would have known they no longer managed the property. Instead, the contractor contacted our tenant directly, attempting to gain access to a home that RPM had incorrectly flagged as "VACANT." Extremely concerned, I called the RPM office directly. As expected, the representative was clueless, unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. Even after I provided my details and the property address, she refused to help and simply brushed me off, telling me to email the maintenance department. It is terrifying that no one in this company has any idea what is going on. They suffer from a total lack of organization, professionalism, and basic communication. If you are considering using RPM to manage your property, save yourself the money, safety risks, and frustration! I HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere!

The screening process was very fast with the leasing preparation went very well. I can’t say how impressed I was. Top company!

Arnold Romero was a huge help when our AC went out before the 4th of July. He kept us up to date with all the repairs and helped us keep in contact with the HVAC repairmen on the status of the parts needed!

They use a highly invasive screening process that violates both the Americans with Disabilities Act and Fair Housing Act and is deliberately and intentionally designed to prevent the differently abled from securing housing. Avoid using this company at all costs.
