I truly had an amazing experience with Real Management Pros. Arianne the Leasing Assistant made my application process very seamless. She communicated very well and in a timely manner. The screening process was very fast with the leasing preparation went very well. I can’t say how impressed I was. Top company!

Arnold Romero was a huge help when our AC went out before the 4th of July. He kept us up to date with all the repairs and helped us keep in contact with the HVAC repairmen on the status of the parts needed!

This company is absolutely terrible. They use a highly invasive screening process that violates both the Americans with Disabilities Act and Fair Housing Act and is deliberately and intentionally designed to prevent the differently abled from securing housing. Avoid using this company at all costs.

Edwin has been helpful with our maintenance requests and does a good job coordinating with vendors and owners. He also follows up regularly and keeps us updated on the status of requests, which we appreciate.

In my short time at my current residence I’ve had a great experience with this property management team. Cecile and Nicole have both been incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive throughout my time as a tenant. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, they were quick to respond and made sure everything was handled smoothly.
They truly care about their tenants and work hard to keep things running well. Communication has always been clear, and any maintenance or concerns were addressed promptly. It’s reassuring to know you have a management team that’s organized, friendly, and reliable.
I really appreciate everything Cecile and Nicole have done and would absolutely recommend this property management to anyone looking for a well-managed place to live.

Arnold is always extremely professional and responds quickly. When he saw my message about not having heat in our house, he called me and asked if the owner was helping us (the owner is in charge of maintenance in our situation) and checked on me a few times to make sure I had heat. He truly cared about me and the situation. Thanks, Arnold!

We have been working with and using the services of Real Property Management company for more a year now. Marc’s support and assistance been very helpful with onboarding and also assistance with tenant search, background check and maintenance work with the apartment during that time frame. All the process were very clear and stressfree, well-communicated and smoothly handled. All their services has been outstanding, and I truly appreciate the effort and professional quality put into the work.
