It took 24 hours for customer service to contact us for the repair after fault submission. For a non emergency repair the response time and ease of repair itinerary was very accommodating and efficient. Repair man spent quality time diagnosing the problem and initiated a plan with the property owner and part supplier. Only a week went by without our dishwasher as the mother board was replaced. Excellent time management and scheduling kept our discomfort to a minimum…. Didn’t realize how bad I missed my dishwasher! lol High marks to the property management team, repair customer service representative and repair man for a very “Job Well Done”.

I’m really pleased with the maintenance service done on my oven. The technician (Arnold) was professional, thorough, and explained everything clearly. My oven now works perfectly and even heats up faster than before. Great job, very reliable service!
