I came to Nexus Property Management after a very bad experience with a management company in CT. That company was recommended to me and I went to hell and back with them. I was in an abusive situation and did not know how to get out of it. They made it hard for me to leave. I say that because even under such circumstances the minute I contacted Nexus, I noticed the HUGE DIFFERENCE. I was treated with the highest level of professionalism and respect. At Nexus I feel appreciated. At Nexus they don’t sacrifice excellent service to our tenants to keep us happy. They treat our tenants well. They go far and beyond to understand their issues and to fix the problem with them, while also treating us like the owners we are, who pay the fees. Mick is a superstar when it comes to customer service!!! I wish I had 100 houses in CT, all of them would be managed by Nexus!! This is a family owned business. They work hard to serve us. Our fees go to a real family, not a giant corporation somewhere. If you have not given Nexus a call, I guarantee you are missing out!

Mick and the Nexus team are undoubtedly the best property management group I have ever worked with. Whether it was during our initial property tour or the move-in process, I've have always had such a pleasant experience interacting with Mick, and him and his team are always paying attention to every detail to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. For example, they noticed that our mailbox did not have a lock prior to our move-in, so they promptly put one on and handed us a set of keys + spares. In addition, every service request that we have made has been responded to promptly and effectively, such as attending to a broken doorknob. On top of all that, our unit is also fantastic and the most charming apartment I have lived in to-date. I highly recommend living in a property managed by Nexus.

Nexus Property Management has fulfilled a dream/goal I’ve had for a long time ! Wanting to provide my children a “stable” environment, throughout my search I came across the current house we are in through Nexus. The experience has surely been a positive one! I appreciate Mick for keeping in touch and checking in with us making sure we are good, Jackie is always a call/text away! Very understanding & willing to solve any problems that may arise . In terms of “issues” there isn’t any! The house is great, space is sufficient, we have an incredible backyard space and we are generally HAPPY. Thank you guys for being a shining light in our lives !!
