I would like to really thank the men and women who represent. Real property management . I have found that all the people that I've dealt with. Have been polite professional . They made the application process to qualify to rent a property, simple, easy.And any maintenance issues dealing with the property I currently rent . real property management has been punctual, precise and complete. Real Property Management took over from a previous property management company for my current rental. There has been a drastic, positive change in communication. Real Property is very responsive to my requests through maintenance, e-mail, and or text. Everyone is friendly and professional. So far, we've had a great experience over the year.

We are so grateful we found RPM Today! After a nightmare of a previous property manager and a destructive tenant, RPM was there to help us out! Not only did they fix and repair the damage, they were flexible with payments towards those fixtures. We are glad we found them right on time! Literally 5/5 stars, they earned it!

Josh was awesome! It's great to have a maintenance person that have conversations with the tenants. Even though we know he has other tenants to see, he made us feel like we were his only tenant and we love that! Thank you again Josh for all you do!!!

Bayley showed me the apartment today, and I really appreciated his time and effort. Thankfully, the unit is coming together well, and most of the necessary fixes are being worked on before I move in. He was helpful and communicative throughout the process, which made everything a lot smoother. Looking forward to moving in!

I just moved into my new place and Real Property Management did help me with the process. They were great for the most part. The communication could be better. Multiple people contacted me after I was approved and that got confusing, they didn’t tell me the right number for the cashier check I made out to them, and I just moved in about a week ago and have a few questions and maintenance request about the townhouse and it’s been 3 days and no one has contacted me, I tried texting, leaving a voicemail, and submitting a maintenance request. I’m happy with the place I’m renting just wish better communication with the Real Property Management Team because it’s only been a week I’m a little concern what will happen if there was a bigger issue.
Update: changed my review from a 3 star to 1 based on their unprofessionalism and their lack of communication. I have had multiple issue with my rental and have gotten no response from the team. Seems to me that their communication is great until you sign the lease and give them your money and they got what they wanted from you. Would not recommend working with them.
Update: After sometime of no communication I was able to work with Issac who was very helpful and we were able to resolve all the minor confusions and issues with the rental. As long as I’m working with him I’ll be happy! He seems to be the only one who knows what’s going on and cares.
