I highly recommend renting with Paragon Property! I’ve rented with them twice and have zero complaints. Nathan, Jason, and Cathryn are so generous and helpful. They provide great service and communication effectively. By far the best management company I’ve experienced. Thank you!

Paragon is a trusted partner as a property manager. My experience has been very rough before i found Paragon, i went from an owner-occupied property to then moving out, once i moved out. I lost control of the building, once i partnered with Paragon their advice and stewardship of my building has given me back control of the property and helped me in turning it back to a profit generator. I learned a valuable lesson, you cant manage a building if you are not there anymore, Paragon is a top resource for me.

We worked with Paragon for over 5 years and our relationship has been nothing less than outstanding! Never we worried about mismanagement, unsupported tenant, lack of maintenance, etc. They have their process and procedures very well documented and we couldn't be happier with how well our building was managed. If you have property management needs in the Chicago area, I strongly encourage you to give Paragon a call.

I just became a tenant so I cant say much about the property however the leasing team that works for the property is very professional and communicates very efficiently. I love the place and I’m very fond of the workers. They attend to your needs as soon as possible. There respond to everything is fast and they get the job done.

Paragon Property Management has been helpful since the first day I talked to them. Nathan welcomed me and helped me sign my lease for my apartment! The process was easy and they even took the time out of their busy schedule to sit down and meet with you and the other members of the household. They were welcoming and gave all of the necessary information. If anything wrong went on at the apartment (ex. Stopped up toilet, lightbulb change, etc.) they sent someone out right away to take care of the problems. This company is very good with communication! Overall it was a great experience and I hate to see them go!

Property management gets back relatively quick on maintenance issues. I am happy how quickly management dealt with pests on the ground in the property. I wish there was better consistency with cleaning hallways. Overall they still made changes to the property to make it way safer and cleaner than it was when I got here. They always got back to me quickly if I needed anything.
I didn’t like the additional charge and fees for reporting on to credit bureau, garbage, gas, and air filters. I never even got an air filter from the program.
