I’ve had a wonderful experience working with Lone Eagle Management. The leasing process was smooth, professional, and very well organized from start to finish. Jo and Ron are always responsive, helpful, and willing to answer any questions I have.
What really stood out was how easy they made everything, from communication to paperwork. They were transparent, efficient, and made the entire process stress-free. It’s clear they take pride in maintaining their properties and providing a positive experience for their tenants.
I would absolutely recommend Lone Eagle Management to anyone looking for a well-managed apartment and a leasing company that is professional, reliable, and easy to work with.

UPDATE: Ron, the manager, called me this afternoon (March 6) and cussed me out because I left this review. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and he proved my point...
I was with Lone Eagle Management for two years and cannot recommend them. Ron, the manager, is extremely rude (the other negative reviews confirms this). A good service provider has to value customer service and treat each customer with respect, but Ron for whatever reason completely flips if you ask any sort of question or want to discuss anything. I get into specifics below.
For starters, in this day and age, transferring money is quick and easy, but they take 3-4 weeks to disburse the rent that they collect from your tenants and apparently there is “nothing” they can do about it. Literally, mailing a check would be faster than whatever Lone Eagle does to disburse the rental funds. My tenants always paid on time on the 1st of each month and I wouldn’t receive their rent into my bank account from Lone Eagle until 3 weeks later, usually between the 21st and 27th of each month. When I asked about this early on, Ron’s response to me was basically go find someone else if you’re not happy about it, we can’t do anything. The rudeness was more irritating than the slowness of their system. A professional and normal explanation would’ve sufficed.
I had a quiet two years with my rental property. Lone Eagle had to send a technician out a couple times, but nothing crazy. So the bulk of their services was to collect rent and send it 3 weeks later.
I had no major issues until the end of the business relationship a few months ago when I was selling my property and finally needed Lone Eagle to step up and help me with the process. I discovered that they are not transparent with their pricing. They do not give you upfront quotes unless you request multiple times. They will charge you $400-500 for a technician to do the bare minimum and they do not disclose how much time was spent (for example, I later found out that I was charged $100+ for a technician to LOOK FOR PARKING, when the technician could’ve used the attached parking garage for $15). Their cleaning service for my move-out was $375 + tax (which again I had to ask for a quote for them to give me estimate pricing) and I ended up getting my own cleaners for $239.91 (this was a small 2 bed 2 bath condo).
I also contested for months a random “Fire Protection Charge” ($341.28) that both Ron and their business manager had no idea about. Long story short, I never got my money back and they still haven't explained the charge.
Lastly, when I finally got Ron on the phone last September to discuss some of my concerns, he couldn’t even hide his arrogance and rudeness. I would’ve been totally fine with legitimate explanations of charges and would understand that they were too busy to get back to me on certain things in a timely way, but Ron told me “He doesn’t have time and doesn’t want to deal with this.” He also had no explanation for the “Fire Protection Charge” to my account and sounded annoyed that I even brought it up, like I’m the problem and causing him inconvenience. He agreed to a refund of the “Fire Protection Charge”, which I never received. We agreed to end the business relationship with that phone call and Ron agreed to disburse the remaining balance on my account ($400 reserve amount) + the refund of the Fire Protection Charge.
At the end of October, Lone Eagle charged me $266.56 for a reason I have yet to receive an explanation for and they sent me $202.72, which I assume is whatever was left in my account. There is still no explanation or refund to the Fire Protection Charge. Even after closing my accounts for 2 months (they didn't even help collect rent or help return my tenants' security deposit), they still had not returned my account balance.
I very rarely leave negative reviews, but Ron’s rudeness and terrible customer service did it for me and I don’t want others to have the same experience. Please consider this review before doing business with Lone Eagle Management.

Lone eagle management has been the best property management group we’ve worked with. We have lived in many states and the organization of documents, their app/website, has been top notch. Our property manager Treva is very responsive and technicians are sent out promptly for any issue. All parties involved in the company are kind, attentive and never make you feel like a burden with maintenance requests or questions. We move often but I wish Lone Eagle was an option everywhere we go.

I am writing this honest review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by your property management company. Your repeated failure to perform even the most basic management duties has resulted in serious safety risks to tenants and substantial financial losses to me as an investor.
Tenant complaints are routinely ignored or handled with unacceptable delays. Issues that should have been addressed immediately were allowed to escalate into far more serious problems due to your negligence. A particularly alarming example is the failure to repair and maintain the building elevator, which was left inoperable for extended periods. This is not merely poor service—it is a serious safety hazard that put tenants’ lives at risk.
In addition, essential maintenance tasks are consistently neglected. Dumpsters are not cleaned or serviced on a monthly basis as required, creating unsanitary and unacceptable living conditions. These are fundamental responsibilities of a property management company, yet they are repeatedly ignored.
From an ownership and investment standpoint, your mismanagement has directly caused me to lose return on investment across my rental portfolio under your care. Vacancies, tenant dissatisfaction, deferred maintenance, and lack of oversight have all contributed to measurable financial damage. Instead of protecting and enhancing the value of my properties, your company has done the opposite.
Your operations appear sloppy, disorganized, and unprofessional. Communication is poor, documentation is lacking, and follow-through is virtually nonexistent. It is not an exaggeration to describe the overall conduct as ignorant of basic property management standards and responsibilities.
I absolutely do not recommend your company. On the contrary, I strongly caution any current or prospective property owner or investor to think twice before utilizing your services, as doing so may jeopardize both tenant safety and their investment.
I expect accountability for these failures and a serious reassessment of how your company operates.

Terrible Property Management Experience – Avoid at All Costs
I hired this property management company to protect and grow my investment. Instead, they completely destroyed it.
The property was poorly maintained, basic issues were ignored, and problems were allowed to pile up. As a direct result of their negligence and lack of oversight, every tenant eventually left. What should have been a stable, income-producing property turned into a loss because of their failure to do their job.
Communication was weak, follow-through was nonexistent, and there was no sense of accountability. A property manager’s main responsibility is to maintain the asset and keep tenants satisfied. They failed on both fronts.
Because of their poor management, I have suffered significant financial loss and lost confidence in the investment altogether. I would never recommend this company to any investor, property owner, or anyone looking for reliable property management. Hiring them was a costly mistake.

Your response to people shows your quality! I don't steal anyone's money so I feel pretty good about myself!!
RUN AWAY from Ron and his management before they cause you any headache!
A company with totally bogus operations.
They managed our property for 5 months and during that period we have only received less than 3 months worth rent from them. They have never paid or send us details on what they did with the rest of OUR money. We replaced them with a new managent company about a month ago and they are still not sending the breakdown of what they did with our rent (free for all to guess) and NOT TRANSFERRING THE RENTER DEPOSIT to our new management company to this date.
Ron is totally untrustworthy and not worthy of anyone's business. He thinks he is too important to do his job for the money he receives. All those transparency about sharing what goes in/out with their online platform, a total lie. We never receive an account in 5 months we had to deal with Ron and his team.
What will you write under my comment, Ron? As I imagine you will not like my honest comment, either :)
Here is what I have for you. I hope you get what you deserve in your life sooner or later.

We have been working with Lone Eagle management for two years now, and they have been exceptional. They have been extraordinarily helpful and patient, both in solving problems for tenants, and occasionally dealing with difficult tenants. Ron always offers constructive and helpful advice, and execution is unfailingly professional and courteous.
