I'm beyond thrilled with my recent experience with Real Property Management. I'm in the process of moving from Florida, back home to NH and was nervous about how to navigate finding a rental remotely. I feel blessed to have found a property that was listed by Real Property Management because they made the whole process easy and enjoyable and I was able to sign my lease the day after my sister viewed the Apartment. The whole staff was helpful, and courteous and quick to answer my questions. I'm very excited about my move and so satisfied with the service I received from this company. Lorna Lee

I'm very pleased with RPM. I contracted with them for a one time rental, and will use them again. They were very professional, and easy to work with. They kept in contact weekly with ùpdates as to how things were progressing. Luke was great to work with. I also liked hearing from Leah every week with updates; and from Sara with the news about the apartment being rented. From my experience thus far, I can say RPM is definitely a good company to work with.

I did not give you 1 star because of us breaking the lease when we bought a house Which we let your unprofessional company from the get go know that we would be renting until we found a house to buy. I gave you that star because of a multitude of reasons. Many of them are actually listed by a ton of other past renters if you go back and read the real reviews. I did read them and was not surprised. Many things went unfixed or if they were fixed it would be done by a hack and not done correctly. The harassment Of me being pushed when I ahead of time over a year ago informed you people that I was ill and would like to reschedule the 1 faulty fire alarm to another day because I was ill. I actually had the flu so it was for your maintenance guys health. That was ignored and the man tried to push his way in. By the way that fore alarm that you all were so desperate to replace that day was not replaced until an entire year later. But I was charged for not allowing them to come in. The constant issues with the oil heating. A tech came to fix it last year and informed me that whoever was in charge of it had neglected it for years and it could go any time. Surprise surprise it was having problems as soon as the temperature dropped this fall. I'm sure your next tenants will have issues as well. When we moved in December of 2021 there were no windows on the porch and there was broken glass, safety hazard. The windows were not installed until summer of 2022 and were not securely installed or even the right kind of windows. When we first moved in some hack was sent to fix the leak in the tub faucet, I stead he flooded the bathroom and installed the faucet wrong. My husband had to fix that issue.when I informed maintenance about water damage caused by that and they put plaster over it and called it a day. There was also animal feces in the basement when we moved in. Half the time your company would break appointments and there be no word for days, weeks or even months. You all need to read all the bad comments and learn from your mistakes. And no you will not be getting another dime from us. Take us to court. I have receipts for bbb and for the health department and code enforcement. Do better.

1 star is very kind; it should be 0 I have been out of my apartment for a month and the company has decided to wrongfully charge me almost $300 for "cleaning charges" when I hired a professional cleaner to clean out the apartment along with 4 people total who worked together to help clean. I have yet to be provided with further detail in regards to what was not cleaned. When I rented from them originally they didn't even clean the apartment before I moved in and had rented it with burn marks in the wall outlets, nicotine dripping down the bathroom wall, broken appliances, water damage, banged up walls and doorways, broken heaters, shower was absolutely disgusting and so small when I was pregnant I hardly could use it. The first day I lived there someone was banging on my door for drug money, few months after my baby was born the neighbor was banging on my apartment window at 1am because we shoveled snow on her driveway so we had the police involved, a year into living there this same lady told us not to park in our spots because she didn't want her broken roof to fall on our cars. Sent it to the company they did nothing about it. Had a tree root come into my living room through the window and the company told me to handle it myself. There are many long lists of things I could go on about my experience with this company. I will not be paying your wrongful charges and have no problems bringing this case to court. I have plenty of documents to show damages that were already there and proof of a dirty apartment when I moved in. I have pictures of the apartment and videos of each room fully cleaned out, even threw away things that were left from the previous renters. You guys really need to get your things together and stop being so money hungry that you're ruining peoples lives and also take the charges down. I will also be bringing this issue to the BBB to further investigate the wrongfulness of your company.

Don't trust the ratings, Google removes negative reviews for these thieves. They are also unscrupulous enough to offer reimbursement of some form in return for positive reviews, IMO. These people are liars and thieves. They don't maintain anything, they ignore obvious problems and violate laws regarding friable hazardous materials. They ignore reports of faulty fire alarms and literally tell tenants to call the fire department rather than addressing the safety issues they are contractually and legally obligated to maintain. Jay is a childish clown who thinks he can levy fines because he doesn't like hearing negative feedback about his mis-management decisions. He blames the owners for the decisions he makes, like he didn't CHOOSE to take on the properties. He kicked me out "to renovate" one window and a ceiling his company ignored for numerous months (also ignored the state asbestos testing requirement before partially removing failing popcorn ceiling). Between giving me the notice and my moving out, the building next door had most it's windows replaced in the dead of winter against the wishes of the newly moved in tenants (see pics). This isn't a business, it's a predatory criminal enterprise of scum bags that think replacing toilet seals and tightening the bolts every couple months is adequately addressing clearly rotten joists/subfloor. They resorted to trying to shim it with scraps of plastic and then caulking the gaps between the toilet and the horrible flooring. (See pics) Despite trying to caulk a toilet into place, they were not smart enough to caulk the sink they installed on a new particle board bathroom vanity. It didn't last more than a few months before it started bulging and popping paint (see pics). Speaking of flooring, the subfloor was obviously problematic in this unit. These brain surgeons slapped down laminate over atrocious flooring so bad holes developed in the bad spots (see pic). I have never seen such gross incompetence in my life. One weekend, they were doing god knows what flipping breakers over an issue with the upstairs tenant. In the course of this, they killed power to the water boiler (runs hot water for entire building). The "on call service" is based in Thailand, and they ignored no hot water in a 4 unit building for 24+ hrs because the cold shower is clearly not their problem. When the drop ceiling fell on my head, they ignored it for about a week before coming to check whether I hung it back up level for them. When I moved in, I noticed EVERY cupboard hinge was only screwed in with 1 of the 2 screws to cabinets. They're so cheap they skimp on the 20-odd screws needed to properly install cabinet doors. They ignored that for nearly 6 months. They got around to it when winter rolled in and they needed some warm work to bill the owner they are ripping off. They failed to install the power cord (none present) on the oven and refused to address it until "business hours" when I initially moved in. Apparently going without a means of cooking for 72 hours is just what's expected for tenants of RPM slums. And no, that isn't the contractors fault. They clearly work for RPM, as I watched the same fat buffoon milk hack jobs in various units surrounding mine the 2 years I lived in their slums. The short greaseball, vodka-soaked moron who hides his hung over eyes behind knock off aviators (drives a black v8 jeep) handles the punch list. Saw it numerous times. He also frequently stops in to check on his mismanaged projects. Any owner who cares about their investment would be a fool to hire these thieves. They ignore basic maintenance and opt for mickey mouse fixes homeowners would be too embarrassed to claim their own work. The only people who stay are those on disability or fixed income and can't afford to move. So they don't complain, and warn new tenants not to "cause trouble." Pieces of trash like this company have no place in a civil society. If you like high tenant turnover and run down properties, this is your company.
