Cat Nicholls was especially helpful and made sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. I’d absolutely recommend Osprey to anyone looking to rent.

I called and left a message for Kathy one day. No response. I called again another day nobody answered the phone. Went up to the company right after the call and spoke with Conner who greeted me and was extremely pleasant. He gave me the number to the office to call and said he’ll make sure someone follows up with me. So I called the number he gave me soon as I got in the car now all of a sudden Kathy wants to answer the phone. I asked about applying with an co applicant and says each applicant has to pay the application fee if they are over 18. But her tone was rude and she was trying to rush me off the phone before I can say anything else. Then says is that all I can help you with but in a very nice nasty tone. I did the application and was charged $75 for an application fee and the other do applicant had to pay another $75 to apply. There should be one fee for 2 applicants. These people are ripping folks off. So then I call back a few days later after applying asking a question and once again tone was rude and harsh. She was asking me questions in a tone like she was mad at me. As we’re talking I hear the phone ringing in the background and she hurries up and says hold on, then tells me oh we usually text we don’t talk on the phone. Really? You just put me on hold to answer the phone. She really has a nasty attitude and that made me not even want to move forward with the place I was interested in. At first I wanted to just move forward and started replying via text but I didn’t even do what was asked because I didn’t want to do business with her. Wouldn’t recommend doing any business with her. Customer service 0/10.

However, I always end up going with their recommendation because it ends up being more cost effective in the long run.
