We are residential property managers, locally owned with over 15 years of experience. We have the systems and team in place to give your investment property the highest standard of care, protect your asset, and provide return on your investment. We are department based with leasing, marketing, maintenance, and finance teams that specialize in each phase during the life cycle of your investment property. We manage over 240 million in real estate assets in the Fresno & Clovis California area; and we take our mission seriously!

RPM was very easy to deal with, did a great job finding renters, collecting rent and taking care of the property. They were polite and always got back to me if I had a question or problem.
I would highly recommend them.

As a neighbor of property your company manages, I feel a need to let you know where you lack. The previous tenants at 2916 Roberts Ave. left garbage on the street for pickup outside of their cans (large rideable car, framed net, push car, rocket play structure and a huge box filled with shoe boxes.). After two weeks and dealing with scavengers. Shoe boxes thrown all over the street and the large rideable car is parked beside our park (you’ll find it on Wrenwood Ave). My husband and I finally went and picked up what we could ourselves. The front lawns are starting to die due to no water or maintenance. Please do better, we love our neighborhood and the people who live here take pride in their homes.

I was impressed by the smoothness of the process from Arizona to California. The team provided excellent support throughout the move, keeping me updated via text or phone calls to ensure everything was going well. I was handed the keys and out of the building within five minutes.

Real Property Management Platinum has managed my property professionally, transparently, and in full compliance with our management agreement. The claims made in a prior review are categorically false. The tenant's lease clearly assigns responsibility for all utilities, including the PG&E Solar True Up, to the resident — this is explicitly stated in both the lease and the Solar Addendum. California contract law is clear that signed, written agreements govern the parties' obligations. RPM Platinum has acted in good faith throughout, including efforts to negotiate and communicate with the tenant. I have full confidence in their professionalism and would recommend them to any property owner.

The AI system you have is awful. I can not get a hold of a life agent. It's very frustrating. I am interested in renting a property and can not schedule a showing. Even tried the link you sent me to schedule one and that is also not working.
UPDATE. I wanted to upgrade from 1to 4 stars had the pleasure of speaking with the staff in person and over the phone, you were very helpful and professional. I appreciate it that. I still don't like AI operated systems, sorry that's just a personal preference.

I would like to acknowledge Barbara. Barbara was absolutely fantastic from the first day we met with her and that’s been over three years ago. Barbara is very professional, a problem solver while showing compassion towards her clients.

I have used RPM twice in the past 8 years for two different rental houses and been very happy with the tenants we had. They filled our rental so quickly and smoothly. Barbara and her team are very pleasant to work with.
