We are department based with leasing, marketing, maintenance, and finance teams that specialize in each phase during the life cycle of your investment property. We manage over 240 million in real estate assets in the Fresno & Clovis California area; and we take our mission seriously!

Professional management and great customer service. Great job making sure that tenants take care of the property. Extremely accurate accounting and detailing with photos. Great job of screening prospective tenants to find the right fit. I would recommend RPM to anyone needing professional property management.

This review is overdue. RPM has been managing my properties for years and they have done a fantastic job from recruiting tenants to collecting payments on time to handling every maintenance issues. I would not trust anyone else in the area but them. They are respectful and responsive to tenants. At the same time, they understand the perspective of the property owners. The team strikes a great balance on managing both sides which I truly appreciate as tenants are less likely to turnover. Thank you RPM.

The whole team in Clovis went above and beyond to help my fiancé and me get our perfect home! They are so kind and helpful, just the most wonderful people!! I’ve been with this company for the past nine years and I’ve had nothing but good experienced with them. I recommend anyone who is looking for a rental to go through this company. If there is anything at all that is needed with the property, it gets done immediately. I have never had any issues in the nine years that I’ve been there And everyone is very nice and professional. Highly recommended for any

Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY! I called asked about a property was prompted to apply, because I am currently looking for a home for me and my family, well I did I also stopped by the property and looked at it and was satisfied with the neighborhood and areas nearby. Well fast forward a day I start getting emails to fill this out and that out which I did because of course I want the unit. The following day after all the emails and filling out this and that I get a few texts from Rigel that he needs an email or number for my currently property management which I gave him and that where everything went dark I've called left messages emailed and have received no call back or communication in general it's been 2 weeks maybe 3 HORRIBLE customer service.

I have had a great experience with leasing a home through RPM in Clovis. I've been a tenant for 3 1/2 years. Their Team is always helpful, responsive, and attentive to needs that come up. They have been easy to communicate with, and they have high standards for professionalism. They have a 24 hour maintenance hotline that has a quick turnaround time. I appreciate their commitment to care and servicing their clients. I recommend them highly.
