Real Platinum Management is thorough, responsive, and extremely detail oriented. They handle every aspect of property management with professionalism and precision. Yearly reports with tons of pictures! Highly recommend if you want peace of mind

Very solid rental company. They have been nothing but helpful and understanding. They are thorough and everyone I have spoken to seems very nice and genuinely caring. They have nice properties and a lot to choose from. Hope to stay with them for a long time. Thanks RPM. ❤️

Real Property Management Platinum has managed my property professionally, transparently, and in full compliance with our management agreement. The claims made in a prior review are categorically false. The tenant's lease clearly assigns responsibility for all utilities, including the PG&E Solar True Up, to the resident — this is explicitly stated in both the lease and the Solar Addendum. California contract law is clear that signed, written agreements govern the parties' obligations. RPM Platinum has acted in good faith throughout, including efforts to negotiate and communicate with the tenant. I have full confidence in their professionalism and would recommend them to any property owner.

The AI system you have is awful. I can not get a hold of a life agent. It's very frustrating. I am interested in renting a property and can not schedule a showing. Even tried the link you sent me to schedule one and that is also not working. UPDATE. I wanted to upgrade from 1to 4 stars had the pleasure of speaking with the staff in person and over the phone, you were very helpful and professional. I appreciate it that. I still don't like AI operated systems, sorry that's just a personal preference.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude regarding RPM. RPM demonstrated excellent customer service while maintaining my rental property. I would like to acknowledge Barbara. Barbara was absolutely fantastic from the first day we met with her and that’s been over three years ago. Barbara is very professional, a problem solver while showing compassion towards her clients. I would also like to acknowledge Jewel. Jewel was very professional, very detailed, and very patient. I appreciate Jewel thoroughness regarding all my questions that I had. After moving out we were charged for items we did not damage that were there when we first moved in. Also accused of replacing a garage door opener. With the initial move in we didnt have no garage door openers. We were given 2 brand new garage door openers 2-3 weeks after moving in, they were still in the original package. They sent out a maintenance man and he only programmed 1 remote. So we kept the 2nd remote in it original package not thinking much of it. When we moved out we mailed in the garage door openers 1 that was programmed and the 2nd in its original package. We then were charged a reprogramming fee? We never opened the 2nd one but the staff member over the phone accused my husband that we replaced it so that's why we are being charged. Had i known that I would have mailed it back in its original yellow envelope with the offices hand writing that said, gate keys and 2 new garage remote. There were other charges we had but unfortunately we lost the copy forms and our pictures. When we had request the original move in check list we never received a response of the move out charges. Also we had 2 years in a row with the ac unit go out, had to go without ac for a week in the worst month of July both years. There was no rush and kept getting the run around and the ac company was getting frustrated that they had to keep coming out but the management place would not approve the repairs. I had the ac company they sent come to the residence at 8pm on one occasion with no courteousy call. I did leave behind my curtain rod hangers in the dining area only because the windows were so tall i wasn't able to reach since the house was completely empty, no ladder. But i was charged for the previous tenants leaving the old and dated rod holder in 1 of the rooms. If they did their homework they will see in the advertised picit showed them there and they were definitely not mine and looked to be original to the home. Just a heads up keep ALL documents no matter how long your lease terms are. We were long term tenants of 7 years plus. I stopped trying to get a response after how rude the last person we spoke to, I think her name was Jackie or Jacqueline. I also received a text from management weeks later asking me if I had allowed someone to stay there after my move out date. Come to find out it was their hired cleaning crew. The owner of the actual property is very kind and we got most of our repairs going through him.

I have used RPM twice in the past 8 years for two different rental houses and been very happy with the tenants we had. They filled our rental so quickly and smoothly. Barbara and her team are very pleasant to work with.
