I worked with Steve through Stonelink, he was incredibly prompt and personable. He asked all the right questions and gave such helpful directions to get my property ready for tenants. In a day/age where customer service is hit or miss I was incredibly pleased with the experience he provided and if someone was looking for a company to help manage their property I would highly recommend talking to him to get yourself in a good place.

My Fiance and I had been searching for a while, and Stonelink was one of the few companies that actually got back to us. Their online form was easy to use, and the quick emails were great to receive. As soon as we were approved to tour the property, Frank was incredibly helpful and answered all our questions as well as being very responsive even after we moved in. Overall, it was a great experience.

I’ve been living in one of the Stonelink Properties for just over six months now, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best rental experiences I’ve had. From the moment I toured the unit, the leasing process was smooth, professional, and surprisingly fast. The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive, answering all of my questions with patience and clarity. The apartment itself was spotless on move-in day fresh paint, clean floors, and modern appliances. Everything looked exactly like the photos online (which is rare these days), and the building is quiet, well-maintained, and secure. I especially love the attention to detail like the updated kitchen and smart thermostat. What really sets Stonelink apart, though, is their management team. Any minor maintenance request I’ve made has been handled within 24-48 hours, no hassle. Communication is great, and they genuinely seem to care about their tenants. If you’re looking for a reliable place to live with a responsive team behind it, I highly recommend renting from Stonelink. They’ve earned my trust, and I plan on staying here long-term.

Wonderful and quick service from Oscar Ponte. Very polite and even helped clean afterwards. Went above and beyond in helping move around my appliances so they did not get any sanding dust or paint on them. Would recommend to family and friends.

Oscar Aponte was super friendly, explained what was gonna happen and cleaned up upon leaving. 10/10 service! He alone gets 5/5! Now to the negative…since moving in Nov I’ve been struggling with heat and I was told I needed to supply my own heat while the issue was resolved. Several guys coming to touch a pipe and tell me it’s “warm” and I would just have to deal with it. Now my electric has skyrocketed from Dec-March and out of the $600 in additional electric I had to pick up, they said $150 is the best they can do. Mind you, the heater also kept blowing the 15amp breaker I share with the unit next door so it’s whoever comes down faster to reset it. So no heat for the first 4 months of me living there and then 2 weeks ago my ceiling caved. Leaving me with no heat again and waking up in 50 degrees and unable to breath cause of the smell. Fix one leak, left one. Then fixed it the following week and another bigger leak popped up destroying the ceiling again. My dogs were both drenched when I got home and this repair alone took 2 weeks and multiple plumber visits. I’d say look elsewhere, save your money cause they do not want to fix anything or reimburse you, they just want your money and gaslight you by saying “is he just not happy with the repair?” In Spanish when I understand what’s being said. Water is never clear. 1/10 Update 5/22/25: I finally got contacted by one of the directors who finally seems to be the one who really cares. Reimbursed for the non heat during the winter along with my electric as I was paying for 2 spaces instead of my own. All the repairs should finally be completed by Monday (Ceilings & Bathroom issues) but just glad someone called to make things right. Update: 6/6/25: Still waiting on repairs, someone came by for no more than 10 minutes saying they needed to come another day with a hose to find the leak even though during the visit it was not raining. As well, the tub issue is now not going to get done as I was informed over doing this review. I’m very disappointed and unsatisfied. Adeliz Rodriguez who is the director of maintenance told me things would get done in 5 days. It’s been 15 days and still have a ceiling that’s leaking and chipping along with a chipping tub. I’m glad I didn’t remove this review like I was asked to. This is ridiculous…

They lure you in with the affordable rent. But you end up paying a lot more because you are responsible for water, sewer, trash, heat and electricity. Mind you it’s an apartment. Which doesn’t have separate meters or boilers for each unit. So, I wonder how can they determine how much usage each unit is using. I been living in my apartment for 6 months and after the 3 day its been problem after problem. I received a bill for a trash violation the 3rd day of me moving in. When I didn’t even have trash yet and it was never reimbursed after me making several calls to the property management. I went 5 months without usage of my oven missing out on cooking for the holidays for my family. Due to there being mice urine and feces inside and through the oven. It was finally replaced in January. But once the old oven was moved you could see what the apartment looked like before they covered it up with paint and flooring. Everything in my unit is outdated and old. And it’s like pulling teeth for the owner to approve repairs. My cabinets don’t close and were glued together. I literally have to put a kitchen towel between the doors for them to stay shut. My bathroom is very outdated and old with the tub leaking down stairs to which my children and I can’t shower. And was told not to shower as much. What ever that means. And it’s been about three weeks now. There is no heat in my unit but for some reason my gas bill is so high. We can’t bath or use heat but it’s high. I can’t help but to think something isn’t adding up. There is something leaking in the walls as well. All throughout the day and night you hear leaking sounds behind my bed post and the ceilings. I don’t know if the pipes are old but you can see water spots on my ceiling that weren’t there before. Some maintenance staff are not knowledgeable or qualified for the job and has caused damage to my unit and tried to put the blame on another establishment when they service my unit. Which was false. And it was definitely them. They ruined one thing that made me want to rent the unit. Which was the floors. The flooring was very neat. You can tell that they never renovated this property that’s why everything is falling apart. It’s still in its original state from when I was a child and my cousin lived here and I’m 38. Only thing they did was put floors down and mine to they didn’t even clean the floors before flooring them. There was so much mice feces and mice carry diseases.
