Out of the dozens of apt viewings I’ve had over the years, Ed proved there are still people out there who care about every little detail of one’s living experience down to the doorknobs. Anyone who has the pleasure of meeting Ed will immediately realize that they want him involved in their apartment renting experience. He’s personable, takes time with prospective tenants and really tries to get to know you instead of rushing you out the door, telling you he has to get to some other showing. I’d give him 10 stars if I could. Thanks so much Ed! I’m hoping to see you again in my future…

I had a great experience working with Ed Gomez from Real Property Management Simplified. I was approved for a few rentals during my upcoming move, but thanks to the unit itself and Ed’s personable personality during the tour, it was a no-brainer. I had to secure this rental! He made the process seamless, was always communicative and informative, and truly helped take the stress out of moving!

I've worked with Eddie Gomez for over seven years, and he’s one of the most honest and hardworking individuals I’ve ever met. He leads by example—no task is too small for him, and he’s never afraid to grab a broom to ensure the job gets done. Eddie is always the first one in the office and the last to leave, showing his commitment to both his team and his customers.
His generosity is unmatched—he would often buy lunch for the team just to say thank you, and he volunteered to work on Christmas Eve so his team can be home with their families. Eddie genuinely cares about his customers and takes responsibility when mistakes happen, always making things right.

I've known Eddie Gomez for over five years, and he's an honest, skilled, and savvy businessman and investor. He always prioritizes others' interests and has provided me with invaluable recommendations. He connected me with a fee-only financial advisor who helped me rebalance my portfolio and is currently assisting me in finding a multi-unit investment property. He also supported a family member through a challenging eviction and is now setting up property management for her triplex.
