Completely disappointed with how I was handled with this company. I seen a listing on Zillow for a property and reached out via telephone. I was given a link to their website to view a showing. I was a bit skeptical, because I’ve never went through someone that wasn’t the direct landlord of a property and given the reviews I only see “Lanlords” and none from a tenants perspective. I toured the home and applied the same day, within an hour ( March 12). I’ve worked with Justin during this process. The listing was removed from the site less than 24 hours after I applied, that I know because I received an email to rate my experience and when I went to click the link that’s when it told me the listing had been removed. I called Justin on 3/14 to figure out if it was already leased out or what was going on because no one notified me of anything. Justin said that if it was removed, it was leased. When I asked if I would receive communication declaring that information, justin retracted and stated that they have to review the applications (One of the many red flags). Over the course of time, I’ve reached out on multiple occasions to check the status of my application as this process took about two weeks. Each time I would call, I was told something new “my boss is out in Orlando” then “my boss is coming back to Kansas today I will ask” “the reason we haven’t reviewed apps is because my boss isn’t here” etc. On 3/21 I called and asked if I could be given a decision by the end of the day as the move in date of 4/1 is clearly approaching and would need to make proper arrangements if approved (time off work, U-Haul). I was told that someone would call me in an hour and to call back if I didn’t hear anything. I called, of course no response. Today (3/24) I called and was informed that they chose another candidate. To clarify this review, My disappointment more so comes from how I was handled not the “decision” made. The process was very lengthy and no follow ups, that’s where my disappointment stems from. I had to call continuously to get an update as the weeks passed by and finally got an answer A WEEK before move in (only because I CALLED). Justin was respectful each call but the calls were not helpful. I asked Justin were they ever planning on notifying me that they selected another candidate and he stated I should receive an email..Well that was at 11am (3/24) and STILL NOTHING. I’ve definitely learned from this experience and now know that if RPM is on the listing, to avoid. Such a disappointing experience.

My experience with RPM Pulse has been very positive. Holly is responsive and clearly knows the business. She has a passion for customer service, makes herself available for questions and I would highly recommend doing business with her. In addition, RPM Pulse was a recent sponsor of our annual fundraiser to benefit ChadTough Defeat DIPG, the deadliest form of childhood brain cancer.
