The company was very quick to respond to my maintenance requests. Jon came to make the repairs and was phenomenal. He is very kind and personable and even completed a last minute request for me!

Tom came out to help us today with our crawl space and he had the issue worked out in seconds flat. Gave us a solution that we can realistically work with and ways to adjust it as needed. Tom was extremely personable, timely, and very kind. Our first experience with the maintenance crew here, and we're feeling as comfortable as can be because of it. Thank you Tom!

I wanted to say how amazing Real Property Management is. I have been searching for a house and I found one that I loved. I asked for a tour and it was almost instant that I got to schedule with one. Then I fell in love with it and applied. They looked over my application very quick and got back with me that same day and told me I was approved. If I had questions, they answered me pretty quickly. It was very amazing and I would definitely recommend them.

John B came to fix a.problem at my apartment today. We had an appointment at 1p and he arrived early. He reviewed the area that was causing a concern. He viewed in then went to his truck for the needed tools. He did a great job! John was very nice, respectful and a pleasure to have doing the work. I I've always had a quick response to my maintenance requests while living here and I hope that RPMR appreciates their employees like John.

Working with RPM has been easy from the very beginning. As a first time renter, all of my questions were answered with kindness and efficiency. Paola kept my roommates and I incredibly informed each and every step of the process and we are so grateful for the work she did for us and the support she provided along the way.

Toilet was stopped up and would not flush but the matter has been taken care of by Brandon. Extremely nice person and very respectful. He was on site to work on another apartment and my neighbor told him about my toilet and he came and plunged it , which I had tried several times myself and it went right down. I appreciate his great work and his willingness to help. Excellent maintenance man!!! He is much appreciated! Sincerely, Debra Moore Tudor Manor Apt 208. Thank you again Brandon!

I’ve lived at the apartments on Claymark Way in Henderson KY for over 13 years now. Not once have my walls been repainted, not one piece of carpet replaced. Half of my outlets don’t work. I’ve had squirrels living in my attic for a a year and half with no solution still as of today. Oh yeah and I love how every year my rent goes 100$ up for you all doing absolutely NOTHING. Yall do your own inspections and still don’t do anything. You have no compassion for the tenants here, so many elderly people and the only way they can pay you is online (which im sure they’re so tech savvy at). I pay extra for a package so that when I’m ready to move out they’ll “supposedly” help. We’ll find out in 2027. This will be final year dealing with crooks and slum lords. The missing light piece has been like that for 4 years and they are aware. They’re aware how absolutely nothing has ever been updated but yet I need to pay you more. I guess I’m paying for the rodent y’all have allowed to live with me You’re all a joke and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Ever.
