Box Home Loans is fantastic to work with. They make things super easy with their online portal and they push everything forward very fast. I can't imagine a more seamless process. I worked with Corey, Heather, Travis, and Zach at various points during the process and they were all great and continually kept me in the loop on everything. Highly recommend using Box Home Loans if you are looking to purchase a home or refinance. I think this is the 3rd or 4th time I've used them now over the past decade and every time it has been a great experience.

Box home loans was wonderful to work with. The process of providing the documentation that they needed to approve my loan was easy and well communicated.
During our shopping time they produced multiple pre-approval letters for us tailored to the offer we were contemplating making, and when it came time to lock in a rate and choose the loan program that would work for out needs, they ran multiple versions for us and were transparent about how different things would affect the rate and costs so that we could make the best decision for our circumstances.
Would definitely work with them again if we have a need to do so.

This company is absolutely excellent. This was my third time using them. It feels like this company has improved in a lot of ways since the first time I used them in 2009. It’s also possible that part of the reason why this latest time went well was because I understood the process better. Here’s a little advice to all of you who are doing your very first mortgage: Don’t be bothered when you have to keep signing things over and over again. Since there are many many moving parts in a mortgage, it’s a very technical legal process that requires a lot of safeguards. If you want your money, you have to jump through the hoops. You need to respond as quickly as you can every time they ask you for something. That’s the only way they can get the job done. I suspect there are a lot of people complaining about mortgage companies when it’s really their own fault for not doing their part. I have one specific comment about Box Home Loans. The notary who met with us for the final closing commented that Box Home Loans always has a bigger stack of forms to sign than most other mortgage companies. Again, any mortgage is a very technical legal process. Apparently, Box Loans has chosen to have more safeguards than usual. Personally, I’m OK with that.
