At Property Management Inc's Miami Lakes office, Jesse Rodriguez serves as the General Manager of Acquisitions, bringing over 22 years of mortgage and real estate expertise to the table. With a strong background in residential and commercial loan transactions, Jesse has personally closed over 2000 residential loans and managed an additional 4000 residential transactions, giving him a unique insight into the intricacies of property finance. His real estate investment experience spans over 15 years, during which he has bought and sold over $30 million in personal real estate, and managed $40 million in fix-and-flip and fix-and-hold projects for clients. In addition to his role at Property Management Inc, Jesse is the owner of Simple Home Loans Inc, Casa Simple Realty, and Simply Health & Life Insurance Company, which collectively form "The Simplified Companies." This one-stop solution provides clients with seamless access to real estate services, including property management, real estate brokerage, financing, and asset protection through life insurance. Jesse’s mission is to deliver full-spectrum real estate services to property owners, investors, and clients alike. We had the most INCREDIBLE experience from start to finish! Veronica & Javi are an immaculate team who definitely GET IT DONE! There was never a night they weren’t working late to get us our dream home. We found our perfect house and within 30 days we were closed. Simple home loans is the way to go! Simple Home Loans is the perfect mortgage company to go through when in search of purchasing a home. Javier, Maggie, Rosy and Yeilisis were incredible to work with! They were very knowledgeable and service oriented! They will fight for you to get the best closing costs, just like they did for my wife and I. They were the ones who made it possible for us to get a loan for the house of our dreams. The dream turned into a reality and I will always be grateful for that.
