They have been very friendly. I'm not used to going through property management companies so it was a little overwhelming with all the added paperwork. But overall I'm comfortable now that everything is settled. I was a little scared they were going to rent it out from me after I told them I was going to be gone for a week after initial contact. So when I got back and saw there messages I was a bit concerned,however it all worked itself out.

Steam-lined service and everything is made easy with the app and all communication is through emails or the app which is nice. Only ding is the service time. I can take almost a month to have a work order answered but so long as your work order is non-critical it isn’t a big deal. Definitely would recommend renting from them.

Not slumlords. Generally decent people, although sometimes hard to get in touch with. Easy to work with and if you have an issue with the house they typically get someone out there within a day or two. About the best you could expect from a property management company.

RPM Hometown has been a great leasing company. They sprayed for fire ants, even though that wasn't necessarily their responsibility, because they were coming into our house. They have worked with us on rent and have been very professional and kind throughout our moving in experience. Highly recommend!

In my experience with RPM, the only issues I've faced is when it comes to first looking at apartments to rent. In order to be able to get a time when I could see my apartment I had to continously contact them in order to progress with the apartment and took a couple weeks to finally get everything sorted out. I jumped from person to person over some issues as i wasn't contacted back but was able to get it resolved at the end. Aside from that, signing the lease, online payment process for rent, and any maintenence issues have been well handled, communicated, and done in a timely manner. RPM is well staffed and they are supportive and take care of you. You just have to be patient and understanding when you face similar situations but they'll get it resolved at the end of it if you stay on top of it.

I have rented from RPM for 1 year now and I am extremely impressed with the performance of this company. The team of property managers that I have had the pleasure of working with over the past year have been so kind and helpful. They have always sent professionals to fix any issues at my rental property within a reasonable amount of time. They have upheld all of their responsibilities in my rental contract for the past year, and I have no complaints. I would recommend renting from RPM.
