We finally got a house leased today we had looked at several but they did meet our needs so it took awhile but Ken ended up helping us get the house we wanted. We really appreciate all his hard work n because the one we got exceeded what we needed and we are very happy with our experience

Real Property Management has been amazing to rent with. We had an AC issue and RPM answered back within a timely manner. The technician who came out, found the issue, and replaced the part within 10 minutes. My husband and I have enjoyed renting through RPM and we hope we can rent through them again!

I was moving to Arkansas from out of state, but had a particular situation to figure out before I could rent a house, I contacted Ken at real property management hometown and he was completely willing to work with me, and even gave me different options when several other management turned me down. I contacted Ken a week before I left to double check if what we discussed was still a go, and he said yes, I got there late in the week and wanted to get into a house before the weekend, and Ken and Heather got right on the paperwork and had me approved and in a house in less than one day when it normally takes three. Real property management hometown, Ken and Heather are definitely the most positive and professional people I worked with in months of planning. If I had to do it again, it would be with with this company again, no doubt about it! Thank you!

Very friendly and professional property managers. Cathleen did a great job answering all of my initial questions and helped me to understand the local market. She was always professional when I had “other ideas”. Once onboarded my PM Rafe has also been very professional and very responsive to getting a highly quality tenant and helping to keep tenant and landlord in a good situation. I will be turning more of my properties over to RPM!
