Real Property Management Hometown team has done a great job managing my properties over the past 8+ years. The entire team works hard to ensure everything runs smoothly. Ken is also great keeping me informed of issues, repairs and maintenance as needed.

They have been very friendly. I'm not used to going through property management companies so it was a little overwhelming with all the added paperwork. But overall I'm comfortable now that everything is settled. I was a little scared they were going to rent it out from me after I told them I was going to be gone for a week after initial contact. So when I got back and saw there messages I was a bit concerned,however it all worked itself out.

RPM Hometown has been a great leasing company. They sprayed for fire ants, even though that wasn't necessarily their responsibility, because they were coming into our house. They have worked with us on rent and have been very professional and kind throughout our moving in experience. Highly recommend!

I have rented from RPM for 1 year now and I am extremely impressed with the performance of this company. The team of property managers that I have had the pleasure of working with over the past year have been so kind and helpful. They have always sent professionals to fix any issues at my rental property within a reasonable amount of time. They have upheld all of their responsibilities in my rental contract for the past year, and I have no complaints. I would recommend renting from RPM.
