About us
Morgan Properties is a family owned and operated full-service property management company having served Central Indiana real estate investors and its community of tenants for over 20yrs and counting. Offering full management services, construction & maintenance, and Realtor services to our owner community. The business was founded out of the need for a strong property manager to manage their own rental portfolio, who understood the challenges and risks associated with owning residential and multi-family rental properties across Indiana. Having found no one at the time that could adequately manage rent collecting, tenant relations, and repair challenges particularly within the most difficult classes of real estate, Morgan Properties was born. With the mission of helping other investors navigate the landmine of risks and provide guidance and support to enable other investors to realize the potential returns that are possible in the markets we serve. Investors can focus on “buying right”, Morgan Properties will help you “stay right”, through the life of your investment. Today, Morgan Properties manages over 900 properties in Central Indiana, for over 100 other investors located across the United States and abroad who have come to trust us as their local real estate experts. The focus and mission of our company is to help our owners maximize their return on investment while maintaining the integrity and safety of the property and its occupants. We strive to offer a full turn-key investment opportunity to our owners, helping identify good rental areas and opportunities where investors are seeing strong returns to help prepare that property for occupancy, getting it under a lease, and managing all tenant relations and maintenance needs moving forward throughout tenancy. This allows our owners to focus their time and attention on their day jobs, retirement, or other interests.

The ladies are all nice and pleasant in the office given extra star. However, I want to give a heads up if u see an add from them that lists the rent payments as monthly they are not. They are weekly like staying in a roach motel.Was unaware of this until all the way until signing lease agreement even after walkthrough. They do this I believe so if late can possibly get 3 extra late payments also in the same month and this will put u behind in a hurry if not careful. My apartment is slightly out of date with older appliances which was ok being that I wasn't needing anyplace extravagant but the drains do not drain well, toilet always takes 3 times to flush and my oven doesn't work. Just wanted to spread this info so people know what they're getting into.

I rented a property 6 weeks ago. When I moved in there was an issue with the refrigerator. I didn't find this out until I came home to put my food up. I made a note of it and then after 2 weeks they had replaced it with an old busted up one that went out last week. I called and reported it and I was guaranteed this issue to be fixed no later than Monday. We'll Monday came around and still a broken refrigerator. I messaged them and couldn't even get a response. So basically 3 out of my 6 weeks I have been without a refrigerator. I went to their office to ask for my damage deposit back as I'm moving out on Monday. I hope we can resolve this issue in a respectful fashion. I don't believe I'm asking for to much. Not sure what happened but someone obviously dropped the ball on this one.

Great property, great support by the staff! The dryer broke and Ray helped at the same day getting me a brand new one, he quickly helps me in any request that I raise.

I have been working with Morgan Properties for over 7 years now. They manage a home for us in Anderson Indiana. We started off with a different agency and this was the best move we could have ever made. They have helped keep our anxiety, stress and worries away. They helped us set up a plan for any potential issues and manage our tenants and their complaints for us. If anything in our home needs maintenance or repair we are always given the best affordable options. The staff is kind and professional. They are easy to reach. I would 100 % recommend this company to anyone looking to ease the stress and nightmares that come renting out their home. Thank you Morgan Properties!
