Invest with ZEST! We are a local company that has been in business since 2018 and focused on providing quality full service management solutions for residential and multi-family properties in the Detroit market. We currently service over 300 properties and have a staff of 24 team members, all local and based out of our Southfield office. We take a very hands on approach with a local team combined with professional management software (Appfolio) to provide a full service investing experience for our clients.

Everything with zest property management has been great since I start renting about 5years ago literally 0 complaints, recently I had Ramall come fix my heat/pilot and everything was great per usual 10/10

I cannot recommend zest in good faith. I moved in to a house sigt unseen as I relocated from out of state, soon as I ran the kitchen sink I realized it did not drain and reported the issue. That was April, it is now June and the issue still persists. The bigger issue here is the communication, the only way you can speak to the property manager is by showing up. I have called multiple times and the have an automated system that does not allow you to reach someone. After multiple voicemails, I still got no response.

A lady name eve came by today she did a great job closing a hole that was left open from a prior work order and also looking into the wish washer and explaining everything to me for my understanding. Super friendly and time efficient.!
