I had a great experience with Tiffany the utilities coordinator who handle everything in a timely fashion, her communication was excellent. She made sure to contact me and keep me aware and updated on my utilities. Also Trisha the property manager was great . She answers calls even when not in office. She took time out of her day while caring for a sick family member to make sure my needs were mar. Both ladies did an outstanding job and I’m very happy to have them handling my rental needs.

He provided me with a seasoned contractor who did excellent repairs and additions to my home that substantially increased its value. He negotiated a price for my home that was far above what I was expecting to get for it. Absolutely horrible! Would NOT recommend for anyone! No regard for time management on maintenance issues. People don’t show up for appointment times to fix things! Been waiting almost a year for things to get fixed and keep getting the run around and STILL NOT FIXED today! - they do however still want their rent on time though! Save yourself the aggravation.
