I was truly impressed by Aaron's professionalism and knowledge of the house. He was very friendly and welcoming. We did have a disconnection a day before but he swiftly figured everything out and got us in to see the house as soon as it was available the next day. I greatly appreciate his candor.

I only heard the conversation on the phone with Arron, and he sound like a pretty nice guy ,he was calm and he didn't sound mad that we had missed our first appointment. And he happily rescheduled us another one. Thanks Arron .

Aaron was very helpful and honest when looking at places, and really cared about what I would want as a tenant. It was the most personable experience I’ve had while looking at apartments up here in the twin cities so far.

Don’t live here at 41 Arlington! I’ve had people come into my apartment with NO NOTICE, if they gave a notice it would’ve been fine but not giving a notice is creepy!! What if I was in the naked or doing it? (Pretty sure is a lawsuit) now everytime something goes missing I don’t know if it’s because I lost it or they stole it! They don’t know how to manage the place during winters. They set the parking lot plowing times the same time as city street snow plowing, everybody got towed that day. I remember seeing grown adults crying that day. All because they can’t manage their place. They gave me a weekends notice to fix my car or it’ll get towed. I’ll repeat. THEY GAVE ME WEEKENDS NOTICE OF HAVING MY CAR PARKED IN A PLACE I LIVE WITH A PARKING STICKER I OWN. This place is awful. And the ceiling is always leaking even after they “fix it”

Extremely happy with the customer-focused approach of housing hub. You get the impression that these are good, easy going, ethical folks who want you to be happy, safe and comfortable. Joey was great every strp of the way from showing the unit to expediting the move-in process to accommodate my needs. Jeff recently did a superb job of helping me understand the various quirks of my new unit without being condescending or judgmental. Somebody else was helpful explaining the quirks of my shower. All in all, very happy to live here.

First off, please take the 5 star reviews with a boulder of salt. They (housing hub) have their leasing agents tell future tenants to give them a 5 star review as "incentive" for housing approval.
Full transparency; having gone through a pretty rough financial patch after our roommate moved out fairly suddenly (not their fault, just bad timing) we did fall behind on rent, and were not able to clean the apartment to ours or their satisfaction. That part I will own 100%.
That being said, Housing hub has to be one of the worst property management companies I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. I lived in one of their duplexes for just over a year. For starters, the DAY we moved in, we discovered a massive crack over the living room bay window. This was only realized after the roof started leaking, as the day we moved in it was raining pretty heavily (bad omen #1).
We reported this issue day 1 or 2 (can't remember exactly which) but it wasn't fixed until after we called a city inspector & he threatened to fine them (this was about 7 months after we first reported the issues).
We found several mice in each room, and the floor vents (which weren't attached, just slid into place). There was food in the cabinets when we moved in, which lead to a silverfish infestation.
They also would show our unit to potential buyers up to 3-4 times a week, meaning we had to take our dog elsewhere while we weren't home. This wouldn't have been a big deal, however every time we weren't able to bring our dog somewhere else & politely asked them to reschedule, or skip our unit, every person I spoke to was incredibly rude and impatient.
I'm sure the housing hub account will respond with a snarky remark, as they always seem to do. If so, here is my message to you: please for the love of God stop scamming financially vulnerable people just because you can. I know several people who have rented through you, and not a single one of them has had a single positive thing to say.
In conclusion, please don't give these people your money, they will try to take everything they can while doing the bare minimum.

The scheduling process was incredibly easy! I got a bunch of viewings scheduled quickly and easily. Also, the communication with this company is great! They answered all my questions quickly, and the property manager I worked with, Aaron, is very transparent about each property. Plus, he's just a generally nice and funny person to work with, so my whole experience with this place has been smooth sailing!
