This place will try and force a $325 rush fee on any rental application. Even if you agree to a date, they will tell you well things shifted and then some screening takes longer. ( You are going off what they say.) If I was a local property owner, I would be taking a hard look at my rentals sitting empty because of the practices done here. It's like it was such a hassle for him to do his job. Do yourself a favor and find another company that won't nickle and dime you and that actually wants their properties rented.

Polaris Property Management is my favorite Property Management Company. They do regular maintenance to assure the homes are taken care of for the owners and renters. I have heard only good things from the renters.

Polaris Property Management has been an absolute lifesaver. They are incredibly professional, responsive, and communicative. Renting out my property used to be stressful, especially with those late-night calls about HVAC or plumbing issues—but not anymore. Polaris handles everything quickly and efficiently, and I can finally sleep through the night without worrying about tenant problems. They’ve truly made the entire process of property management a breeze. The stress is gone, and it’s such a relief knowing my property is in good hands. I can’t thank them enough for making my life easier. Whether you own one property or an entire portfolio, I highly recommend Polaris. They’ve earned my full trust and appreciation. Polaris Property Management has been one of the worst rental experiences we’ve had. They raised the rent by outrageous amounts, year after year, with no clear justification. When we moved out, they kept our entire security deposit — and then had the nerve to demand even more money from us. It honestly feels like they’re running a scam. Avoid renting from them if you value transparency and fairness.

As a landlord of a single rental property, I had previously used Polaris Property Management on a limited basis to just post the photos, screen my applicants, and help ensure I got good tenants. Three years ago, I decided to switch over and give them ALL the landlord responsibilities, and I'm SO pleased that I did! Polaris takes the hassle out of being a landlord! I no longer have to be on call when the tenant has an issue! Polaris takes photos and posts onto all sites, they screen the prospects, they do all the paperwork, they do the inspections, and they get the tenant into the property. They schedule the periodic checkups for the HVAC and take care of any problems that arise, whether it be a plumbing issue, an electrical issue, or just something that the tenant needs fixing. They collect the rent and send me my appropriate amount and always communicate to me about what's going on. They provide me the year-end tax information to submit, and all is good! I highly recommend Dan Baldini and his team at Polaris Property Management!!!

I don’t know where to begin. I have 2 walls in my apt that got wet from a outside soffit Issue and since have mold that grows on them. The walls are plaster and so rotted that I could take my finger and press all the way through them. There is no heat or ventilation system, the windows are painted shut. They put window air conditioners/heaters in and they do not keep my small 600 foot apt warm whatsoever. I’ve had electrical issues where I’ve had no power to my bedroom, kitchen or bathroom for almost a week at a time. When they did send an electrician out he asked me how much my electric bill was bc I’m paying for more units electric than just mine. All of these issues have been conveyed to more than person from Liv Indy and zero response from anyone. Only way you hear from them is when they want your rent money. I will never use a property management company again. They don’t give one crap about their renters. It’s sad really. Edited. Polaris Property Management. I have no idea why this rating attached to your company. I am so sorry. I will delete and leave on LIV INDY again.

Polaris always has our back in terms of the maintenance of our units and the tenants and contract negotiations. We are kept abreast with any issues that arise although they are often handled by staff as it pertains to maintenance requests and other repair needs. If I get a notice of a tenant who wants a change to their contract we will have expert advice from staff on how this may affect our bottom line along with suggestions for how to offset our risk. I often think that our investment portfolio is managed better than our personal property thanks to the professionalism and management of Polaris!
