Easy to work with and follow through with any arrangements. Best rental management company I personally have ever had in my 15 years of renting.

I’ve worked with multiple property management companies across different states, and Tim and his team are by far the best I’ve encountered. They exceeded my expectations in every way. I originally contacted them a few years ago when I had a tenant who stopped paying rent. I needed help navigating the eviction process, and RPM Keystone handled everything flawlessly. Tim communicated clearly every step of the way and made a stressful situation manageable. After the eviction, the constable remarked it was the worst house he’d ever seen — the tenant had completely trashed it. Tim didn’t flinch. He coordinated a full rehab: trash-out, LVP flooring, kitchen cleaning, plumbing, new toilets, lighting fixture install, tree trimming, gutter cleaning, a new roof, dry-locking the basement — the list goes on. Within about a month, the property was fully restored and rented again. The level of professionalism, responsiveness, and reliability I’ve experienced is rare. Real Property Management Keystone is one of Pittsburgh’s best-kept secrets — and part of me hesitates to even write this because I don’t want their services to become too in-demand.

I have talked to a couple folks at maintence and they were so nice.My problem I have with jen is since march 17th he was to get a work order from the landlord. Jenn was not to deal with sec8 only landlord and myself. The landlord took3 weeks and never got back to jen. I ask jenn please just tell me. I was have surgery to have my breasts remove the first week of April so Jen knew I just needed this down asap.So I have the proplems taken care of and set up my appt. Jen needs to stop correcting my tones and spelling and making it more profss. I am full of cancer and did not need this.I told jen what had to be fixed but he did not want to hear it.So I hope with a new person this could work out great. I have the guy coming before my surgery to see the work.Jen decide to call to set rhe appt up and it was not his place nor he did not know when I would be in the hosp. I will give 3 stars for others who help me from maintence. ut I having my surgery now at the end of april. I hope this fixes everythinng

The company made it very easy to sign the lease, etc. Jenns was awesome to work with and helped me find the best rental, great communication & always professional. The owner of the company is also great! The only part I don’t recommend is the concierge service/insurance. They did a terrible job setting up utilities, I had to do all of it. They even spelled my name wrong & pushed back my electricity + gas from being turned on in a timely manor (a full week from signing lease) due to no communication from them for a deposit. It is not worth the $45/month.

Working with this company has been a blessing! Jens helped us with damn near everything and thank god it all went amazing. I give %100 to this company.
