About us
Real Estate has been apart of my life as far back as I can remember. Growing up in a home with Realtors for parents, I experienced the freedoms and drawbacks Real Estate can produce from an early age. Now a third generation Realtor in the state of Oregon. I was really excited to find Bigger Pockets at the time I planned to build a Real Estate Investing portfolio. I have learned so much on this platform and continue to use the skills and encouragement to take the next steps toward financial independence. In the last year I have taken several steps towards my goal. I will continue to push through the questions, fears, and the unknown as I tackle things I never thought possible a few short years ago. I believe if you surround yourself with the right people and continue to feed your mind with the correct information you can grow and push though any challenges you set for yourself. This carries over from Real Estate to many other areas in my life. I love running, triathlon, endurance sports, health, and nutrition. Excited for all life has to offer!

Had such an amazing experience working with Nicole! Being a first time home buyer was overwhelming & Nicole explained everything in detail in a way that was easy to understand. No question was too small for her to take the time to explain & I could tell she wanted to make sure I felt confident every step of the way. There were some issues with the appraisal and she helped me navigate it all & spent a lot of time negotiating things on my behalf to get me the best deal possible. I would 1000% recommend her if you want a knowledgeable, detail oriented & dedicated realtor!

Nicole was very professional. The scariest part about buying a home to me is the nightmare of complex paperwork and overly complicated processes. Having someone who knew the whole process felt like having the weight of the world taken off my shoulders. Nicole gave accurate summarizations and explanations of all the documentation and paperwork. She got us seamlessly through the whole process, 10/10 definitely would recommend her to others.

Nicole was great to work with! We highly recommend her. She communicated clearly and quickly. I was very thankful that she checked in on us 4 and 2 weeks prior to putting our house on the market as we procrastinated on some projects. We were thankful for her accountability and she had many recommendations of professionals who could finish our projects for us.

Nicole did an excellent job helping us achieve the purchase of our property. From day one she was on full work mode coming up with different plan options for our family. She worked hard to connect us to the right people for the proper loan we needed as well. It was truly a joy having Nicole work with us, we will forever be grateful for all her hard work and literally always be available for us 24/7.

This is not the first time I work with Nicole. Everytime I work with her we face different challenges, and she always surprises me with the ease, knowledge and the high level of professionalism she has in overcoming any kind of challenge.
I worked with her in buying and selling property. In both tasks, Nicole always goes over nad beyond to protect my interests and to get me the best deal out there.
Nicole is an exellent negotiator. And she backs her arguments with years of experience, market knowledge and deep understanding of the laws and regulations.
She is always available for a phone call or a text chat. And when she says she will call back that's what she does. She WILL call back in no time.
But on top of all that, Nicole is the realtor that can be trusted from day one. I never read a document she sends me. I simply sign.
Thank you Nicole one more time.

From the start, Nicole walked us through the process with facts and data rather than feelings or opinions. Nicole felt our home was worth more than we wanted and was able to capitalize on that by getting us a higher price with a quicker closing. An all-around outstanding experience.

Nicole Richards is the BEST realtor there is! I feel like I hit the lottery when I called her after getting a friend's recommendation. Nicole will give you 110% and then some! She knows the market, the houses, other realtors, and has a depth of knowledge as a real estate investor. Nicole was personable, genuine, really listened to what I wanted in a home, had my back when I needed it, answered all of my questions promptly, and really cared about my journey in finding my dream home (which I got, thanks to her). She is experienced, has a ton of knowledge, ended up saving me thousands of dollars, and is someone I would call in a heartbeat when needing real estate advice or seeking a future endeavor. Do yourself a favor and give her a call!
