Easy access, & the location is ideal for my needs. I love it & hope to proceed with the application process. My only concern/ disappointment is the self viewing. I’m genuine & committed to developing a good relationship between myself and the property manager/ owner, as I feel it’s crucial & essential when establishing trust & confidence in the ultimate decision making process…. Not only for assurance that I, as a tenant, have chosen the right place, but also a good first impression goes along way. I was hoping for a “face to face” meeting, as I’ve had Bad experiences in the past with self viewing options. I spent upwards of $400 in the past two weeks an application fees Alone! I’ve had my hopes built up, only to be shot down and left right back to square one.(only a little less hopeful, & a lot more discouraged….not to mention financially burdened by yet another application fee down the drain. But at some point, that drain has to be filled & I shall be filled with overflowing answered prayers). All I can do is apply, and hope for a positive out come. I’m financially stable, and committed to proving myself to be a role model tenant, all I need is a chance to prove these words to be music to just the right ears… I end this statement with these words: ”There’s no place like home”. 🎼🎶🎶🎶

I scheduled to view 2 properties. The 1st one, was not viewable. There was no serial number on The lock box. The 2nd one I loved.

Do not use this place if you’re looking for someone straight up. They made me do application for property that was vacant told me it was available of coarse they took the application feed gladly and they he property was promised to someone already. After I jumped through all their hoops and they gathered all my personal info no one ever even contacted me to tell me it was all for nothing they just kept me on the hook telling me they were just waiting to make contact with a reference on my application. After the property was rented you still ask for more information and took my money. Then never called me back to let me know it was for nothing just left me hanging. But you for sure got my application fee. After paying money I’m not with a custody call to let me know to continue my search else where. That’s the least you could do.

It's a beautiful property, I've completely forgot about the attached area outside of the garage so I did not look at that particular part. The only questionable area of the entire house which is beautiful was the third bedroom that doesn't have a closet but nonetheless it is a beautiful property thank you for letting us view it I have somebody in my application.

Love this couple so sweet caring very trust worthy. I highly recommend this company. They will take care of you. Easy to talk to and gets back with you asap. I give this company more than 5 stars.

I actually used Paul to help me manage properties long before he started his business. I may have been his first client. He helped me with multiple properties when it came to maintenance and upkeep. It is great to know that he has expanded what he does and offers to his clients. Paul is wonderful and if you need someone I highly recommend him! I love the kind of quality and care he puts it into what he does and he will do a great job managing for you.
