Alice and Ryan were outstanding. They helped us navigate an unusual process, tricky market and the end result was one my wife and I were extremely happy with. They went way up and beyond with their time, diligence and leveraged an impressive and extensive network of service providers and other resources. They’re not average brokers, they’re highest level professionals delivering highest level service. Oh and they’re wonderfully nice people too that have become as much friends as business partners.

McGlone Property Group is the best!! They helped us sell second property that we weren’t local for. They made the experience seamless, and cared for us as if we were there in person. The marketing techniques to get the property sold in a not so hot market were top notch! Very grateful for their efforts.

We had a great experience with Ryan and Jana. I highly recommend them to anyone selling or buying a house in Central Oregon. For the most part, we worked with Jana. She was very organized which made our home tours efficient. That was important since we lived in Eugene and had limited days available to tour houses. She was also very kind and personable and went above and beyond to make our purchasing process a great experience. We will definitely use McGlone Property Group in the future.

Ryan McGlone recently sold 2 of our properties, Ryan and his team were amazing to work with, start to the finish! We appreciated Ryan's attention to details, analytical approach and open communication. He has a very effective style of marketing homes. Honestly, we feel fortunate that we had Ryan and his team selling our homes, they went above and beyond, exceeding any expectations.

The McGlone Property Group was fantastic to work with. Jana and Ryan were very knowledgeable, detail oriented and extremely thorough. Jana’s warm demeanor and focused attention to the task at hand made our house buying experience almost pleasurable. We have purchased two homes through Ryan and his team. He understands the nuances and details that I wouldn’t immediately think of. He’s easy to work with and well connected in all aspects of the home purchase process.
Ryan never hesitated to go check out a house with us and would give us immediate and helpful feedback. He is incredibly transparent and a great communicator.

Bought a house through Ryan and felt like he was the most knowledgeable about the area and tailored showing us homes that matched our lifestyle and was very organized with his approach. We ended up finding the perfect home and he was able to get us a great deal with his strong negotiation skills and knowledge of market pricing and builders in the area. He went above and beyond making sure our finance person was taking care of things as it was a long closing. Overall great experience! Would definitely recommend Ryan as an expert in the area to buy or sell.
