Fresh start?? More like fresh NIGHTMARE! Our rental was taken over by this company several months ago and its been nothing but issue after issue, maintenance issues not being done or not in a timely manner leaving me without water for several days on a few occasions and MOLD they refuse to acknowledge or do anything about and its affecting my health and my 3 yr olds. Communication is non-existant and after only a few months, I want to MOVE OUT because of this company. UPDATE: they made it clear to me today, they don't give a crap about my 3 yr olds safety. Fresh Start Property Management has allowed a neighboring property to become run down within 6 months. This company utilizes shady business practices, mainly housing 3 separate families in a single family home. Absolutely no maintenance has been done to the property since being under their management. Lawn is not mowed, landscaping is overgrown and weed choked, leaves do not get picked up in the fall, and the sidewalk in front of the property has never been maintained during the winter months. Fresh Start has allowed the current tenants to drain motor oil directly onto the driveway and into the public drainage system. Matt at Fresh Start has been notified of all issues and no action has been taken to date. If you are looking for a Management company for your property, I would strongly suggest working with a trustworthy and professional company. Unfortunately that is not how I would describe Fresh Start Property Management.

I am a tenant of Fresh Start. They had taken over from a previous Management company so I wanted to wait a few months to fully get to know the workings of the company. I am beyond impressed with the response from Fresh Start every time I've needed them. From maintenance being fast and reliable, to the office personnel always there to answer any questions or issues within a very short time of reaching out for help. Not just answering questions and passing me on. These people love to solve problems and just make you happy!

Highly recommend Fresh Start! We were in a terrible spot with another property management company and they were able to get our tenant out, clean up the mess, and get a new tenant in within about a month. They were also able to get us more per month!
