We just moved into our new rental home and everything has been amazing so far! We moved from across the country and Justin was great helping us through the application process and making sure we had all the information we needed. After moving in, Charmaine has been super responsive to any maintenance requests we’ve had and everything is handled immediately. The team truly makes you feel taken care of and I’d highly recommend Sagareus to anyone! We’re very happy in our new home 😊

Love LIVING with this company!!
Joy is always on top of making sure that our apartment is well taken care of. Anytime something comes up she immediately works to mend it! We had had no issues in our time here and love the quick and open communication!

This was my first apartment so I was very nervous, having heard horror stories from across the internet. However, Sagareus staff has been quick to respond to problems as well as emails. They, especially Bryan and Mary, have all been lovely to deal with. They've all been very kind.

I had an amazing experience working with Dana from the Sagareus Group while securing my new home. From the very beginning, she was professional, responsive, and truly dedicated to helping me get into a house I really wanted.
Dana went above and beyond to work through scheduling conflicts and time constraints, and even willing to come in on the weekend to make sure everything stayed on track. Her commitment, communication, and willingness to accommodate mine and my families needs made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Thanks to her hard work and support, we are now settled into a home we absolutely love. I highly recommend Dana to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares and will go the extra mile to make sure their clients are taken care of. -D’Angelo

Just want to say thank you to Vincent for helping with a hot water issue - It was stressful to deal with, but he handled it professionally from start to finish and was responsive throughout. He kept me updated on what was happening, and made sure the issue was properly resolved. I really appreciated how calm and responsive he was - definitely recommend!

Mary and Justin were great! They helped me tour the property and walk through the application, and I ended up getting the unit. They were super friendly, easy to talk to, and really helpful throughout the whole process. I’d definitely recommend working with them.

Dana Tytarchuk was very welcoming from phone calls to meeting in person. Very friendly and patient especially with our 3 girls during our tour of the property! Most definitely appreciate her being friendly and understanding. In fact anyone I had to reach out to via email, in person and over the phone has been great! Very pleased experience with Sagareus property management!
