I am truly grateful for Joy & Charm who work for Sagareus Property Management! They are always so prompt in addressing issues around the property. My dishwasher wasnt functioning correctly and someone came out the next day to fix it! My porch light wasnt working and was fixed immediately! Same with the bathroom sink plunger, and fire detector! This company really keeps their properties nice and in complete working order! I'd also like to give a shout out to Jeki, from J & J Construction! He is the person that Joy and Charm sent out to do the repairs! Over the years I have discovered that there is nothing that he cant fix and he is a very kind person and I trust him in my home when im not there! She provided good solid information. When I had questions she verbally spoke with me on the phone on several occasions to resolve concerns due to lack of proper verbal communication with other parties involved that tried to leave me in the dark during the process and would not provide me with good solid information or only partial information.
