Jessica Angel was amazing throughout the entire process of us renting our new home. She was always responsive, responsible, and helpful, with great attention to detail that made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Working with Blair at Sagareus has been great. She is personable, professional, and helpful. She scheduled our tour, met us on time, and did not rush us as we discussed the pros/cons of the home and location. The following day she sent us details on the next steps and quickly answered follow up questions.

Would you like your rent raised 7% every single year or as much as they can possibly get away with? They’ll do it without hesitation. Want to be ignored for months while your fridge sits broken? That’s standard here. Dealing with a recent family loss or a medical emergency? They couldn’t care less compassion doesn’t exist, only rent checks. This is not a good property management company; it’s one of the worst. And don’t be fooled by the “4-star reviews”those aren’t real. Employees are pressured to either write them in exchange for a $50 bonus or ask when they are in the field for a 5 star review for a 50 dollar bonus. The truth is simple: they’re greedy, unresponsive, and heartless. Stay away. Unless you need to(have to)

I used Sagareus for a home rental in 2022. The experience was overall very negative. Brittany was very dismissive in the viewing portion of the rental -this did not sit well with me or seem professional, but I did rent the house because it was nice and in a great location. Ending the lease with Vincent was also a negative experience. They locked me out of the online portal and dodged phone calls when I was trying to make arrangements for moving out. Very unprofessional and made me feel unsafe.

This was not submitted "in error" I found an old unfinished to-do list on my phone from 2022 with "Leave a review for Sagareus" on it. At the time I didn't have the headspace to leave a review with the extremely stressful situation I was going through at the time. After seeing that uncheck box and thinking about how awful the experience was and how it still sat with me years later...I decided to leave this review.
Someone using the name "BB French" did the viewing. Attached to this review is a photo of a confirmed email that she would be there "personally!" (Apologies if BB is not Brittany)
Your company cannot do anything for me now. I just hope you are more professional and compassionate to your future clients/tenants.

Had the pleasure of renting with them for 3 years and it was a breeze to work with them. The entire team of Sagareus was extremely helpful in maintenance situations and Vincent went above and beyond by doing a detailed video tour with me before I said yes to the house (I was in a different state and was moving directly to this). Their portal system is pretty modern too, can pay rent, request maintenance or check status anytime of the day. Someone from the management always followed up after maintenance was done to understand if everything was alright. They sent someone every winter for de-winterizing the yard and provided ice melts. Can't appreciate enough. Will love to do business with them again.

So far working with Sagareus Group LLC has been a wonderfully easy experience. They have been fast and efficient from the beginning. Austin Held has been lovely to work with, excellent communication and he let us know as soon as possible if we were approved. Any maintenance needs were taken care of before move in. Super glad to be renting from such a responsive team!

We recently moved into a house in Kirkland under Sagareus management, and our experience has been noteworthy enough to inspire a brief review. Having experience on both sides of the property management relationship, it is uncommon to find a management team that treats renters with respect and handles issues efficiently.
Mary guided us through the application and vetting process smoothly and transparently. Although the website for the application is slightly flawed, it was a minor issue. Once approved, she promptly provided our move-in date and information. During this part of the process, we made a special request to install an EV charger, and Brittany professionally and effectively accommodated our request.
Great prologue, but in particular Sagareus has excelled in resolving a couple of issues that arose after moving in. Unlike previous experiences with other management companies that took weeks to respond and address issues, Joylyn has been phenomonal. Responses were same-day, communication on next steps was clear, contractors were contacted, appointments set, and all interactions were conducted with friendly professionalism. We were never made to feel like an inconvenience or that our issues were unreasonable.
Property management companies often focus primarily on landlord relationships, viewing them as their primary customer. However, there exists a balance between satisfied tenants and landlords that leads to successful long-term leases. So far, Sagareus has shown they value renters and families living in functional homes.

Update : I had a chat with Brittany and my concerns were acknowledged and she mentioned that they have taken actions to improve on customer experience moving forward.

I leased an apartment through them and have been living in it for 2-3 months. I have already had a bunch of issues with the management and their unprofessional approach. They provided one set of keys to me but we wanted two sets since I live with my partner, that whole process took over a month for them to partially resolve. I had to pay my apartment's concierge a fee for the extra key fob which Sagareus said they would refund once I sent them the receipt, I sent it to them on April 8 and it is May 17 today as I am writing this review, they haven't put in the credit yet. Moreover, I had an issue with one of the appliances in my apartment and raised a maintenance request, they sent someone who tried to figure out what the issue was and got it working in about 30-40 minutes, apparently they said it was a "User Error" and charged me 95$ for the repair. Upon seeing this I contacted them via email and they told me that the appliance was working fine hence I was charged the amount. IF the appliance was working fine then why did it take the technicians around 30 minutes to figure that out? After repeated emails around this they asked me to split the bill 50/50! I have not seen such a property management company in my 8 years of renting here in US. Stay away from them if you want to void headache. I can't emphasize enough on how unprofessional they are!
