Doesn't send statements.. can't access account online.. just bills randomly and you have to try to get your money back for wrong charges. Look elsewhere. They have really gone downhill.

Can’t invoice properly and doesn’t have a functioning website. Currently in process of switching 15+ properties to another broker. I used this broker for the last 4-5 year, but in the last year, total decline in service. Not worth the headache.

These guys were great for close to 10 years but in the last year and a half they have really fallen off. I recently tried to modify coverage on a couple of properties with flood coverage and was told I needed to pay for an elevation certificate to complete the request. $1,500 later I was unable to even get a response after multiple attempts to make this change. I finally gave up and moved my entire portfolio to another company.

Spent hundreds of thousands of dollars with this company for insurance over the years. I had one claim from a tenant being exposed to a bat who subsequently received a preventative rabies vaccinee treatment and the liability carrier refuses to cover. Now I am getting sued by the tenant and have to pay out of pocket to defend myself and pay any potential judgement. I am in the process of looking for a new carrier.

Great company! I’ve insured my two rentals and my potential flip, and Lisa has been extremely responsive and helpful. We lost our rep unexpectedly but she came to the rescue and was able to make sure we were able to progress our deal without any delays. Highly recommend - both Lisa and Alex are great!

I've been a client since 2011. I have not yet made a claim. My tros have been pretty good with one standing out as excellent and that's Kathy Garcia. She is very knowledgeable and provides fast feedback. I feel I am buying the right coverage and that's due to her knowledge. Rates have increased 3 times in the last 3 years, hope they figured out the risk side better. When/if there's ever a time I need to make a claim that it process fairly and promptly.

So far so good. They made one small error when I signed up, and it increased my rate slightly but it was because they entered less square feet than what my property was. I understood the error and the difference it makes. I prefer honesty. Signing up was easy, verification is done, automated payments are available and I like my agent Heather.

This is literally the perfect platform and company for landlords or real estate investors. I have never had a company approve and give me quotes back on homes so fast and their staff especially Lisa Wilson emails you back the same day if you need assistance. Their prices are fair and competitive and its so easy to keep track of all your properties, payments, and add new locations. These guys are life savers!
