I completed a DSCR refinance with Visio. The entire process was super smooth. Ryan Huddleston was fantastic. Definitely the best account exec I’ve worked with and I’ve worked with several lenders. With Visio, I was able to lock in the rate within 2 days which was so helpful. The only negative thing was that the fees were a bit high in total with underwriting and title. Maybe fees have gone up everywhere, but higher than with another lender a little over a year ago. Overall, since the process was so smooth I plan to work with Visio and Ryan again.

Banks did a great job getting the loan closed, even after title made a mistake which made the matter more complicated. He was on top of things and easy to reach. Look forward to working with him and visio again.
