I can not say enough wonderful things about Ryan and Emmanuel. They are both very responsive with text, emails and phone calls. They are both extremely knowledgeable about which neighborhoods are best for real estate and potential rental income.
I live on the west coast and they made the buying process extremely easy and stress free.

They were extremely professional and very nice! the process was so easy and smooth! Ryan was awesome for showing the property and Camila made the application and lease process very nice and simple! Emmanuel was very responsive and helpful throughout everything as well!!

I've only been a tenant with this agency for a short time and I'm highly impressed with what I've seen so far. The rental and inspection processes were almost completely automated and very easy and the property was completely spotless upon move-in.
Unfortunately I needed to open a maintenance request shortly after moving in due to an issue with my garage door, but this was taken care of quickly via their request management app. The company sent out to service the door was top notch so RPM's vendor selection process is also working very well.
Very happy with this company so far.

My Husband and I just moved and the whole RPM team was nothing short of amazing! Ryan was super patient with me as a decided what I liked and didn’t like, Camille was on top of every text I send out containing my questions! They made our move as pleasant as possible even though moving isn’t even in my top 1,000 things to do! I can’t praise or thank them enough!!

Hey guys. Just wanted to leave a genuine review. I've only been under this rental company for about 5 months and they've been nothing but nice and helpful the whole time. Any concerns we had so far, they address them immediately! When something breaks, they're on it! Leave all those negative thoughts about the average rental company behind when you contact them, because it's the same as having a private landlord in my opinion. Best rental agency I've ever had!
