Vince was an excellent agent to work with to find our next investment lake home in the Poconos! We were seeking to purchase a home that we would make a short term rental and Vince knew exactly how to navigate us and helped us feel confident in our search. Super knowledgeable on the area and a great communicator, knowing how to work with out of state investors! His video tours were unmatched and we love that he called out the things we couldn't readily see. We would certainly refer Vince to anyone seeking to make an investment in the Poconos!

A piece of property that adjoined my property became available. I needed a knowledgeable realtor to find out who owned the property and make an offer for me. Vince did an excellent job in negotiating a reasonable price on the property. Vince made all the paperwork simple and easy for me. I am extremely satisfied with his professionalism and commitment to his clients. I have already recommended Vince to others. When I’m ready for my next property I will definitely be using Vince again.

We just bought our first home and knew very little about the process; Vince had immeasurable patience with us and went absolutely above and beyond with every detail from lenders/insurance/inspectors and so much more. He will tell you if he thinks it’s a bad deal or what could be wrong with the houses you look at. He won’t let you go through with something without complete full disclosure. He makes sure to communicate with you every single step of the way, and he was always easy to contact! Vince is extremely down to earth and made the entire process a MILLION times easier. We could not have done it without him; I don't believe you could find a better choice for a real estate agent and I will recommend him until he retires!

As a first time home buyer, I had no experience or knowledge about real estate prior to working with Vince. He is extremely helpful and incredibly patient! He visited every house I inquired about with me. I looked for homes on-and-off for nearly 4 years and Vince was there every step of the way. I’ve now been in my new home for a year and I’m very thankful for all of Vince’s help, I can’t recommend him enough!
