Justin was very efficient and effective in helping us close on our new property. We came to him after our first lender failed to include STR information with our application. Justin was able to fast track the paperwork and new inspection so we could close on time. We highly recommend him for all of your mortgage needs. Thank you Justin!

Justin was incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. He guided our client with patience, professionalism, and honest, candid conversations every step of the way. Justin was great to work with. He had solutions that others we spoke to didn't, and he always followed through directly on getting answers to our questions. I can't say enough how nice it was to have him helping us with the home financing. After working with Justin, I wouldn't consider any one else.

Justin was always straightforward and transparent from the very beginning. He always made sure I fully understood every step of the process and was very communicative. I’ve used Justin 4 or 5 times now either for financing or re-financing. If I had questions for him, he always picked up and answered them. I would highly recommend Justin to anyone looking to refinance or purchase a home. You’d be in excellent hands.

I enjoyed working with Justin MacMillian as he was very knowledgeable of the intricacies of the loan process, specifically the VA loan. Buying a house is a big deal and can be quite the roller coaster emotionally. The VA loan brings up emotion just reflecting on why we even were using a VA loan. Justin was respectful and non judgmental of our situation and was very helpful through it all and never came across as impatient. He is clearly dedicated to his job and was on top of things as needed. I really appreciated his availability as it helped speed things along as well as helped me figure things out as the thoughts and ideas came to me at random.
I’d recommend Justin to friends and family as he was wonderful to work with.
