I’m Mark Rucker, a local real estate expert born and raised in Simpsonville, SC. With over 20 years of real estate experience and more than $300 million in career sold volume (1000+ properties), I’ve dedicated my life to helping people find their perfect home and make smart real estate investments. As a Furman University football alum, I bring the same dedication, strategy, and teamwork to real estate that I did on the playing field. For the past five years, my team, Rucker & Associates, has proudly been the #1 team in the #1 Keller Williams office in Greenville. I’m also a savvy real estate investor, currently holding 10 properties, and I’ve helped clients secure investment properties ranging from small single-family homes to large mobile home parks and everything in between — including multi-family properties. Words could not do justice for the way our realtor SAM went above and beyond for my wife and I!!!!! Sam will always be a friend to us!!!! We did not make things easy for him yet he stood with us the entire time. Almost 2 years to be exact. Cant thank this man enough!!!

Mark and his team are amazing! When we sold our house and bought another they walked us through every step and answered all of our questions. They made the stressful process very easy. I recommend them to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home. You can absolutely trust that Mark and his team will do their best for you and treat you like family from that point on.

Mark Rucker and Drew Roberson were a pleasure to work with; they helped us find and purchase the wonderful house that we now live in. When we decided to relocate from California to the South Carolina Upstate, I contacted Mark Rucker & Associates. Mark responded immediately to my online request and contacted me in CA, then that was followed by a visit to SC and meeting with Mark and Drew at their offices.
They both were born and raised in the Upstate and were extremely knowledgeable about the areas we were interested in. They gave expert advice and helped to steer us to the location that suited us best. With their help, we decided on a new build with a developer, which proved to be a challenge after returning to CA. Thankfully, Drew acted as our intermediator and was with us every step of the way providing updates, pictures and support in dealing with the developer and the construction of the new build. Mark and Drew continued to be helpful and available all the way to the successful closing.
Mark Rucker & Associates are experienced realtors and excel in providing information, advice, communication, availability and helpful tools to help you succeed in the process of finding and purchasing a home. We highly recommend them!

Our realtor, Danny, thoroughly answered all our questions, came well-prepared to every appointment, and took time to walk us through the SC transaction process as newcomers to the state. The entire team works seamlessly together, creating an excellent support network that made showings, walk-throughs, and inspections effortless.

We were seeking a new home closer to our family due to my husband's health issues, and I immediately contacted Mark Rucker when we felt we had found the perfect home for us. Mark and his team diligently worked with us to obtain a contingency giving us time to sell our home. After Mark listed our home, it sold within a week. They worked with us and answered every question we had in an extremely timely and professional manner. As seniors, I hope this is our last move but, if not, I will definitely call Mark. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a real estate professional.
