I’m Mark Rucker, a local real estate expert born and raised in Simpsonville, SC. With over 20 years of real estate experience and more than $300 million in career sold volume (1000+ properties), I’ve dedicated my life to helping people find their perfect home and make smart real estate investments. As a Furman University football alum, I bring the same dedication, strategy, and teamwork to real estate that I did on the playing field. For the past five years, my team, Rucker & Associates, has proudly been the #1 team in the #1 Keller Williams office in Greenville. I’m also a savvy real estate investor, currently holding 10 properties, and I’ve helped clients secure investment properties ranging from small single-family homes to large mobile home parks and everything in between — including multi-family properties. I had the pleasure of working with Holly Hernandez from the Rucker and Associates team. From the moment we met, it was clear she’s a true professional and an expert in the Greenville real estate market. Her knowledge of homes and the area made it easy to share what we were looking for — and then trust her to make it happen. Holly is detail-oriented, hardworking, and genuinely goes above and beyond for her clients. She gets things done efficiently, while somehow also managing to keep my anxiety at bay. I would absolutely work with Holly and the Rucker and Associates team again and highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling in Greenville!

As a fellow agent, I can spot the good ones. We did a transaction with Mark and his team, and they were as professional as it gets—great communication, hardworking, and ethical. If I weren’t an agent myself, I’d hire them without hesitation for Greenville real estate needs.

Mark and his team were awesome to work with from day one. They were proactive and kept us informed of every inquiry. We were selling our home during a difficult time with the market and interest rates but they were very diligent and got our home sold! Highly recommend!

Danny went above and beyond to make sure we found our perfect home! As first time home buyers, we had 1000000 questions and definitely needed a helping hand! He made sure to explain the entire process, worked with our schedules, and gave us the best advice! Highly recommend!

Mark has now helped our family with two home sales and we highly recommend him! He is knowledgeable of the market and very helpful with every aspect of the process. He is responsive and professional, but also so friendly and down to earth which makes folks instantly comfortable working with him. Our first call concerning anything real estate!

I worked with Santiago Hernandez on a deal on the buyer side and was very impressed with his professionalism and problem solving skills with his clients! We had an out of town buyer with a lot of moving parts that required quite a bit of negotiating and explaining from the realtors side of things in both English and Spanish. There were so many ways this purchase could have gone sideways (especially on the loan side) had he not been able to work through the timing and cost details up front. We closed on time and it was even less money from the client that we expected, and Santiago did a such great job of that the client was was literally hugging everyone at closing! Could not have asked for a better experience.

They explained every step of the process clearly, were always available to answer questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. Michael is great! He was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the home buying process and answered a multitude of (probably dumb) questions whenever we asked. He will really fight for you and is not scared to bring up anything to the lenders/sellers. He is truly on your side from the beginning of the process, all the way through to the end. Fantastic experience!
