We had an amazing experience working with Pinpoint! Hannah spent an entire Saturday with us before we were even in a position to put in offers, simply helping us get a feel for different areas and understanding what we were looking for in a home. That kind of dedication early on meant so much to us.
When we were finally ready to move forward, Natalie stepped in seamlessly. Our home went under contract late on a Thursday, and without much notice, we decided to travel and hoped to see houses that weekend. Despite the short notice and a scattered list of homes, Natalie made it happen. She was flexible, incredibly responsive, and kept everything moving smoothly.
As we navigated putting in an offer, closing on our new home, and preparing for the arrival of our baby—all within just two weeks—Natalie was on top of every detail. Her communication was excellent, and she made the process feel manageable during a very hectic time.
We're now settled in our new home and absolutely loving it! As a sweet and thoughtful gesture, Natalie even gifted us a personalized blanket with our daughter's name, which meant the world to us. We couldn't be more grateful for her professionalism, warmth, and support throughout the journey.

As someone who takes great pride in educating homeowners and addressing the root causes of issues to help manage expectations, I’m consistently impressed by how committed this team is to doing right by their clients. They go to bat to ensure buyers are not walking into major expenses within the first five years of homeownership which often tends to happen. That level of diligence offers true peace of mind.

McClaine was awesome and came highly recommended, and she absolutely delivered. She really above and beyond to secure an exceptional condo in Wilmington, even though I was stationed overseas, navigating a 15-hour time difference with ease and professionalism. Her deep knowledge of the local market, unwavering responsiveness (often replying at odd hours to accommodate my unique schedule), and sharp negotiating skills made a complex process from half a world away feel seamless. McClaine should be the first call for anyone looking to buy a home in the Wilmington or Wrightsville Beach area. They spent time learning all about the home and the various features. The dedication of the entire office to the sale was exemplary. And let me tell you about our realtor, Debbie. She was outstanding and will go to great lengths to sell your home. She listens to your feedback, counsels you with her expertise, and you always feel like she’s taking the responsibility off your shoulders. I felt like we had a whole army behind us and it showed, as the home sold on the first showing. This is the firm and realtor you want to use in the Wilmington area.
