Mike and his team at Boss advisors bring a unique combination of tax and legal expertise. Having both components on the same team working on my behalf has made negotiating and navigating complex business transactions a significantly upgraded experience. It provides a much greater confidence in the negotiated outcome and designed structure knowing my personal tax strategy was considered and fully integrated into the decisions being made. Highly skilled, forward thinking tax strategy and integrated legal backing coordinated under one roof is really hard to find. They do a great job.
