I didn’t know anything about Kevin or what he does before we got into business but I am SO glad that I my wife and I got to meet him. He’s one of the most knowledgeable, friendly, kind, honest, and communicative people I have ever met. He helped our family out and bought/renovated a property during some of our toughest times and he did it tactfully and gracefully. He called us when he said, met up with us on time and always answers his phone! The work he did was amazing. Going forward he will be the first person I call for ANYTHING even remotely related to real-estate. This is how you handle your business!!

I have known and worked with Kevin for the last 10 years and know him as a man of integrity, a person of his word, beyond fair and accommodating. It's always a pleasure to work with him as he is a man of unlimited resource and expertise. I value his opinion when selling properties, which allows for the best price and outcome. I will continue to utilize Kevin as I have never been disappointed in the quality of service I've received from him. He is a true professional.

I’ve worked with Kevin on a number of occasions.
Recently since starting Pikes peak property solutions. We were looking at refinancing our home to do some renovations. Kevin to the time to give us the most up date insider information to guide us through the process. Even had some fantastic ideas and knowledge about what we should and shouldn’t upgrade in our home so we continue to get the most bang for our buck. I’ve always felt Kevin is honest and carries himself with the utmost integrity. This last go around really just proved once again, i know I have someone trustworthy in a crowded industry. I would highly recommend using Kevin and his team for whatever your property needs are.
