Eryn made the whole process of buying our new home so easy. She was patient, she really listened, she gave good advice and when we finally found the one, she made sure we weren't paying too much. She arranged everything for us. It really couldn't have gone smoother.
Eryn made selling our old house even easier. She lined up three offers a few days after she listed. She sold it above asking price in less than a week. Once again, she took care of everything. Eryn is awesome!

At a time when the real estate market was slow, Eryn Topper did an awesome job helping us navigate every up and down that we encountered during the process of selling our home. She always remained positive and real. Eryn is not only a true professional at her job; but, she is an awesome person too. We genuinely feel that we made a friend during the time we worked with her. Eryn made herself available to us for any question or concern that we had. Her communication skills are top notch. Eryn Topper was AMAZING at putting all my home selling fears at ease! I had an older home, and worried about selling in this competitive market. Eryn was fantastic in helping us find a house. Her familiarity with the Frederick area combined with her understanding of exactly what we wanted paid off in spades. She asked the right questions and listened to what we wanted. She also nudged us in directions we hadn’t thought about that met our needs. In the end, she helped us find the perfect house!
