Eryn is without a doubt, one of the nicest individuals I’ve ever met. The process of finding a house and all that goes with that went very smoothly and Eryn was always there for me. I highly recommend her and you won’t be disappointed!!!

Eryn made the whole process of buying our new home so easy. She was patient, she really listened, she gave good advice and when we finally found the one, she made sure we weren't paying too much. She arranged everything for us. It really couldn't have gone smoother.
Eryn made selling our old house even easier. She lined up three offers a few days after she listed. She sold it above asking price in less than a week. Once again, she took care of everything. Eryn is awesome!

At a time when the real estate market was slow, Eryn Topper did an awesome job helping us navigate every up and down that we encountered during the process of selling our home. She always remained positive and real. Eryn is not only a true professional at her job; but, she is an awesome person too. We genuinely feel that we made a friend during the time we worked with her. Eryn made herself available to us for any question or concern that we had. Her communication skills are top notch. Eryn was with us every step of the way; from selling our home to the purchase of a new one. We highly recommend Eryn to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. Thank goodness for Eryn! She was relatable, knowledgeable and professional. The fact that she shared her own similar personal experience with me made me feel more at ease with this process of selling my home. If you are unsure about your wants and needs, she finds all the information you’ll need to make the best decision. After researching realtors in our area online we found Eryn and decided to reach out to her for help finding a new home. We were looking for the “perfect” home and ended up looking into building. Eryn was fantastic with helping us to find a builder and handled a lot of communication with them for us. This was invaluable to me because it took a lot off my plate through the busy holiday season. Ultimately, we were not able to come to an agreement with the builder and decided that it was best for our family to stay in our current home at this time. When we told Eryn our decision, she handled it so well and assured us that she understood why we would make that decision. She was so patient and helpful throughout the entire process; she was NEVER pushy at all. If our financial situation changes in the future and we decide to sell, we will for sure reach out to Eryn again. I cannot recommend her enough!!
