The home buying experience can be challenging to navigate and require a lot of time doing research in hopes that you are making the right decision. As a busy professional, I put my trust in Nick Moats and he delivered with honesty and transparency every step of the way. He communicated clearly on a regular basis and always brought decisions and deadlines to me in a timely manner, with gentle reminders if demands of work/life slowed me down. Nick is exactly the “partner” I was looking for in the home buying process. I highly recommend working with Nick; there is no reason you shouldn’t have a conversation with him at minimum as you start your home buying journey. I can’t say enough great things about Dylan. Going into this process as a first time buyer I needed a lot of guidance. Dylan was there every step of the way, from nailing down our goals to finding the loan that fit our needs. I can say Dylan goes above and beyond to get you the best product possible and we wouldn’t have been able to do this without him. If you want a broker that is completely transparent and dedicated you found him!

I cannot say enough good about Nick Moats and his team! My wife and I bought our first home in Charlotte last year and they were fabulous. Knowledge, punctual, and they fought for us when the process got rocky, going above and beyond their responsibilities. Recently, Nick guided us through a simple refinancing process saving us almost 400 a month and it was a breeze!!!
Nick knows what he's doing. Trust his guidance and you'll be in good hands!

Working with Donny was an amazing experience! My husband and I are incredibly grateful for his assistance throughout our first home purchase.
