Founded in 2002, we are a privately owned firm known for our speed, service, and reliability. At Dominion Financial Services, we understand your business. We are real estate investors, too. In fact, we own a portfolio of over 780 properties and have dealt with the headaches of traditional banks for far too long. That’s why we created a lender for real estate investors, made by real estate investors.

Dominion Financial is the best lender for my real estate investment needs. I've used several hard money lenders and none can compare to how smooth and fast dominion can get deals done. Jessica Ortiz has been amazing in processing my loan files very responsive and fast.

I had a flip I needed to close on quickly. Dominion was able to get the job done. Their fees are competitive. My loan officer wasn’t the best and wasn’t really helpful answering any questions I had. I cant say enough about my loan processor Brantley Avercamp. The deal I was buying from a wholesaler had a terrible title company. Brantley answered questions after business hours and worked endlessly to help get this loan closed. I have worked with a ton of loan processors over the years and Brantley has been the best without a doubt. I look forward to the next deal!

Dominion is one of the BEST lenders around, I highly recommend them. As a title agent, we work with many different lenders. Some files go smooth and some not so much. I've closed many files with Janina over the past several years and every one has gone impeccably smooth. Janina is super easy and nice to work with and the funding team is always quick to reply. I highly recommend this team, you will not be disappointed!

Janina is an absolute ROCKSTAR! 💼✨ She’s basically the superhero of Dominion Financial Services — always working, just like me (but probably with less Diet Coke and more results 😄). She makes the process so easy and stress-free. Janina goes above and beyond for her clients every single time — like, “did you sleep last night?” kind of dedication. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and somehow makes finances fun to deal with. If you want someone who’s smart, responsive, and actually cares about the success of your transaction. I definitely recommend her.

I can't speak highly enough of Dominion!
Sean and Janina helped me close on a 4-unit deal in less than 18 days. There terms are extremely competitive. Communication is phenomenal. They're an all around great lender to do business with!

I needed to fund a deal fast, so I contacted Dominion based on a flyer I received in the mail. I explained my situation to Brandon, and he got me approved within a day. Underwriting was a breeze, and our loan processor Brantley was by far the best processor I've ever worked with. She managed the deal flawlessly with constant updates and stellar communication. I would give the Dominion team 6 stars if I could.

Just closed on two loans with the amazing team at Dominion Financial, and I couldn't be more impressed! Noah was outstanding throughout the entire process—always keeping me in the loop with constant updates and handling every hurdle with professionalism, care, and efficiency. I had a phenomenal experience working with Dominion Financial!! My 1st point of contact was Taylor and he is super responsive and helpful (I ask A LOT of questions). Once I was under contract, Tinika Williams took over coordinating everything with the title company and she was GREAT!! Super responsive, worked efficiently, and had great communication!
Looking forward to many more transactions with Dominion!
