My experience with CapOne Lending was amazing thanks to Marty Payne! He is so helpful and knowledgeable about the process! My husband and I were able to easily refinance our home loan because of the work Marty put in to helping us! I wouldn’t have wanted to go through this process with anyone else’s assistance! My husband and I signed on our forever home this month and we couldn’t have done it without Jordan’s help! We weren’t sure if we’d even qualify—our main goal was just to understand the process and figure out a path toward homeownership. Jordan took the time to listen, offer thoughtful options, and explain everything clearly. He delivered on what he said he would, keeping the process smooth and easy to follow. What could have been a difficult loan felt manageable, and he gave us the confidence that we’d make it to the finish line. We will forever be grateful for all of his help on helping us reach this new chapter of our lives. We definitely recommend this Mortgage company and 100% recommend Jordan as your loan officer. Just finished up the purchase of our new home, Mike Cash made the process awesome for us! He was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and communicated everything along the way! Alex was amazing at helping my kids and I get into our 1st home we were told no by other places, I’m a single mom and Alex came in and work long hours and got us a loan at a great rate and was so helpful and supportive during it:) we couldn’t be more happy with our home!!! We went and cap one went way out of the way to help the kids and I get into a home after there dad passed it was the best company I’ve ever worked with we are so grateful:)
