I had no experience in buying a home when I contacted Cap One with a bargin of a house that i had to move fast on. There was no realtor involved. I was first connected with Rick Langley, who was extremely helpful and timely during the whole process. He had me pre-approved in less than 24 hours. He handled everything 100%. I just gave him the documents he asked for and waited. Rick had me under contract with the seller on day 3 or 4. Closed in just under 30 days. Rick definitely held my hand and answered all my questions along the way too. He answered every time I called with a friendly tone and ready to talk. Honestly I was amazed at how easy this process was. Highly recommend working with Rick to anyone who feels like they are flying blind in the home buying process.

I had a great experience working with Riley as my loan officer. Even with some unexpected hiccups and challenges with the title work, she stayed on top of everything and never stopped communicating with me throughout the entire process. She kept me updated, worked through every issue that came up, and ultimately got the deal closed. I really appreciated her persistence, professionalism, and communication. I would definitely recommend Riley to anyone looking for a reliable loan officer who will work hard to get the deal across the finish

I actually had never done any business with Cap One Lending before. One day Rick Langley came by my office to drop off flyers for Agents and we talked about Cap One programs. I was so impressed with Rick and the programs I asked my buyer to contact Rick. The buyer contacted Rick that day. In a 4 day process the buyer was approved for his VA loan, we went under contract, inspections were done and on day 4 the appraiser had been to the home. Day 14 we had appraisal back and we ready to close in a 3 week time frame. I was so impressed with Rick Langley and his knowledge that I've referred other agents and buyers his direction. I was so impressed more so for myself that I got approved for a loan too. Rick communicates by calling, texting and follow up emails. I will continue to refer Rick and use him personally. It was a FANTASTIC experience with a great lender.

I had a great experience working with Jordan Bless from Cap One. He guided me through every step of the process, explained everything clearly, and provided multiple options to help me choose the best loan for my situation.
I was originally working with another lender and kept running into issues. After finding Cap One, Jordan offered to meet with me the same day, which I really appreciated since I needed to move my loan forward quickly. He took the time to go over everything in person and explained that the issues I was facing didn’t even apply in my case, which gave me the confidence to move forward.
Communication was smooth throughout the entire process, and everything went very efficiently from start to finish. I’m already looking for another property and will definitely continue doing business with Jordan and his team.

Wow! This team is fantastic! We worked with Riley who was super efficient, proactive, fast, and professional. After having one nationwide direct lender say our deal was too small to fund, another nationwide direct lender take 1.5 months just requesting documents and a 56 email thread discussing insurance, and a broker take 2.5 weeks with various terms just to say their network will not fund this small of a deal. Cap One saved the day while we were being charged a $100 per diem! We called on Monday, got the clear to close on Thursday, closed on the following Monday per our seller's request. Everything was quick, easy, and smooth. Their process is straightforward and their terms do not fluctuate halfway through the process. Riley was fantastic, flexible, and solved problems with our seller's silly title company before they even reached me. 100% recommend this team!

My two sons and I worked with Crandall Johnson on securing a home loan for some rental property we were interested in purchasing. Crandall was EXTREMELY helpful in every step of the way. He would get on conference calls with us, kept us updated every step of the way, was extremely efficient in getting documents to us to be signed and helping answer any questions we had. His efficiency in keeping things moving at a quick pace was most impressive. We will be doing business with Crandall again.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. These people could do nothing right.
1. The day before closing they informed me that they had miscalculated closing costs and that they would go up by $3000.
2. When I signed the paperwork, I noticed that both my personal and rental property addresses were wrong. When I informed them of this, they had to correct all the paperwork and I had to meet with the notary a second time.
3. After closing they realized that they didnt have me pay my insurance bill before closing and kept bugging me about it.
4. When all was said and done, they sent me a copy of all my signed documents via unsecured email potentially putting me at risk for identity theft.
