Michael Braddock was an amazing realtor that we worked with who helped us find our home in Florida. He was knowledgeable about the market, quick to respond to our questions, and great at advocating for us during negotiations. Just an all around great person to work with. I would record him to anyone looking to purchase a home in Jacksonville.

We had a fantastic experience with Michael Braddock as our real estate agent. He was very good about helping us find a property as we are from out of state. He would digital showings and helped us find the right area for our budget. He was very good about going over the contracts and keeping us informed during the whole process. We look forward to doing future deals with Michael, as he's become a trusted partner.

Beware of anyone that is a first-time renter/no rental history. I tried to apply for the 7350 Linda Dr unit. The rent was listed at $795 a month and the security deposit was $1,100. Once I applied and was approved, my security deposit was doubled without being told. They expected me to pay $2k for an apartment under $800 with dead bugs. When I asked why, they told me it was because of lack of rental history, which was not disclosed during the application. For anyone who's a first time renter, I would suggest looking for elsewhere.

I'm on my 2nd lease with this company. And, up to this point They've been really easy to deal with. Great with communication. Any maintenance issues (2) have been taken care of basically immediately. As long as you pay your rent and take care of the place you rent from them, you're probably not going to have issues.

I have been a resident for many years with thirdstone properties and though it was rocky at first I have grown to appreciate them. Jasmin popp is an awesome associated that I have spoken to many times. Along with other employees that have helped and worked with my family. Iam a single mom with a child on the spectrum so I do my best to be a good resident and show them that we love our home. And in times that I needed something done which is very rare, they have done their best to accomadate my family over the years. Thank you thirdstone properties and employees!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is shady and likes to put their tenants in poorly managed properties. She stated shes been managing the property for four years but somehow never came across termites but I find that hard to believe considering the windows are rotting out of the home. If you are looking to rent from this company, don't. She made me pay a termination fee even though the property has termites and the windows and awnings are rotted (letting bugs into the home and who knows what else). She told me a lie and said it was impossible to replace the windows due to them being historical, even though they could as long as they abide by historical guidelines but she just doesn't care. It was my first time renting by myself and I didn't know what to look for and she definitely took advantage of that. She does not conduct business in good faith. Majority of the reviews you see on here are from property owners not tenants.... wonder why. Do. Not. Rent. From. Here. Thirdstone Properties should be ashamed of themselves, actually the owner should be ashamed of herself for what she just put me through and what she did. You know what you did. She's probably going to reply and say "well you didn't make us aware of the situation." I did. I put in several maintenance requests. The one time, she sent a handy man with a tooth brush and bleach to clean the AC units. There's still mold in them! Save a penny where you can, right? Who cares about the health of others, right? Not to mention, the maintenance request I put in for the MASSIVE crack next to the said rotting windows, don't worry, they filled in it with putty, problem solved. Further, they were notified of the termites but yet 4 days later I called the fumigation company and they said they never even got a call to schedule an appointment to come out to the home. This company does not conduct good business. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.

Bernin is a fantastic and patient employee, who has gone above and beyond to answer my full array of questions. Rude individuals who didn’t care about people would simply tell someone to not prepare for what-if situations but Bernin cares about his job and cares about people. We need more people like him in the industry! He deserves a raise. Thank you Elenis for working with me through the process of signing my first house lease. I look forward to being a peaceful and excellent low maintenance tenant. Ivan is a wonderful maintenance employee who goes above and beyond for people and deserves a raise as well because he cares about people and is very professional, clean, fast, and courteous. I couldn’t ask for a better maintenance worker to address my needs. I am so pleased with every patient person I have had the pleasure of encountering. Your kindness goes further than you could ever imagine and I have been telling all my friends about you!

BEWARE!!!! RATS in bed, LEAKING windows, possible MOLD, no adequate heat in home, and DIRTY at move-in!!!! Videos attached for your viewing and verifying pleasure. For over a month, I have been fighting to get adequate pest control in my home. After weeks of the issue being unresolved and me moving out temporarily because there were literal rodents in my bed every night, they told me that the situation was NOT unlivable and I choose to leave, I did not have to leave, so they would not be giving me any reduction in rent for the TWO WEEKS that I did not stay there (and had nowhere else to sleep in my home). Make it make sense. When I moved in, the window was leaking, and it took several weeks and 3 vendors to finally get fixed. The paint started turning black and concerned me that it might be mold, but each vendor just kept painting over it… And it continued to turn black and bubbling. There was also no heat in my home, so they finally installed two wall units for an entire home. Each wall unit heats about 5 feet in front of it for 1,000 square-foot home… So that was never adequately fixed. I also have a 2-bedroom home and they never installed a heater in the 2nd bedroom. Finally, the home was not cleaned before move-in... and yet they said that they still will keep their $200 to clean it when I move out. Doesn’t make any sense since I had to clean it when I moved in. BEWARE!!!!! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Update to their response - per usual, they do not review any pictures/videos you send. As you can tell from the videos, it was not clean when I moved in. It took 3 vendors to take care of the leaking window. And also another 3 vendors to take care of the rodents, which they did not handle-I took care of it myself to finally solve rodents in my bed.
