I didn’t become an agent because I love open houses or HGTV. I became one because I wanted to learn how to be an investor — and like a lot of investors, I got tired of working with agents who didn’t understand the numbers, didn’t understand the timelines, and couldn’t see the big picture. So I got licensed, built my own portfolio, and eventually launched Green Real Estate to solve the problems I kept running into firsthand. Today, I work with investors who are serious about building wealth. Whether you're buying your first duplex or selling off a 50-unit portfolio, I help you navigate the real numbers, manage the risks, and execute with clarity. I’m not here to sell you on a dream—I’m here to help you build something real.

Just recently bought a house thanks to the kind helpful people at Green Real Estate. For a first time home buyer they really helped me understand all the steps and helped us find the right house for us! They were so helpful we would constantly be in communication even giving us recommendations on homes we didn’t see. They even sat down to really get to know us and what we wanted. All the people that work there really go over the top to help people find homes or even rentals that fit them and their budgets. Thank you Guys!

Everyone i spoke to throughout the renting process was extremely kind, and professional. The leasing agent Jimmy is fantastic, and the whole process was very smooth and stress free. I would highly recommend Green Real Estate for anyone looking to rent!

On September 25th they scheduled an appointment fora showing on October 2 2025 at 12:15. I get a text from Jimmys leasing agent 3hrs before my showing saying they had to cancel because they leased it out. This is very frustrating.

I wasn't sure at first if this was a real business since there are so many scams out there, but the owner contacted me individually to help me when I was confused, which I feel doesn't happen often when things aren't working. I really appreciated that.

The worst business ethics ever. Worse than walmart. For 3 days, I've been attempting to make contact with someone. For 3 days, and multiple calls, I am connected with an answering service, who takes my name and number, yet no one returns my call. They have monopolized the rental market here in the Bourbonnais area, so you are at their mercy. Having owned a business, I know the value of every customer. Green Real Estate Realty is the worst.
