Brian Mortensen has done several hard money loans for us and made our closings extremely quick, hassel free! As a "cash" buyer and quick close gives us an advantage over other buyers in this difficult market. Also we have 2 months before the 1st payment allowing plenty of time to move and sell our existing home. I highly recommend it to all buyer/seller verses "giving" their home away to companies for nothing to flip.

I found HML GROUP off a Google search .I had no pervious knowledge of this compamny,.I met with.Brian at HML that day.I had some challenges with my loan ..He asurred me if anyone could get me a loan he could .HML NOT ONLY GOT MY LOAN, which saved for closure on my house but the manager Brian was personally involved every step of the way.The service was absolutely excellent the whole way through.THANK YOU BRIAN AND HML GROUP.YOU DID A AWESOME JOB.
