We’ve worked with Kadi twice now and both times have been such a great experience. She’s super responsive and always quick to get back to us, which made the whole process so much less stressful. Kadi is also really effective at getting things done and making sure everything moves smoothly. We always felt like she had our back and kept us in the loop the whole way through. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Sean was very knowledgeable as to what we needed to do to get home ready for sale. He guided us through the process. We put house up on a Friday and accepted an offer on Sunday with multiple bids with bids above asking price. A fabulous resource.

I think Kadie has the Midas touch, because she has represented me both as buyer and seller now and each time, the process could not have gone better. I recently relocated and expressed to Kadie that I needed to sell my home with a firm deadline that I thought might be expecting too much; she assured me it could be done and still over-delivered!
My house listed on 3/12 and closed on 3/25, and from start to finish Kadie made sure everything was seamless. With her advice/assistance, I received a fantastic offer with attractive terms after the first showing! Her expertise meant walking away with a profit far higher than my initial expectations. She is a fantastic communicator, especially for those going through the buying/selling process for the first time. Thank you so much, Kadie!

Kadie is truly a professional in a league of her own. My husband and I were extremely nervous about the likelihood of being able to sell our house at the same time as finding one we wanted to buy, but she made it happen!
Kadie was always available for our questions, and she has perfected the delicate path of keeping us up to date while not overwhelming us with unnecessary details of the process.
We got OVER asking price on the sale of our house and got an absolute steal on the house we bought, all made possible by Kadie!
