I would probably give this 0 stars if I could. We filled out an application, paid the fee and were told that they had given the house to another party AFTER we paid the fee. When asked about other houses, we were told that other house was taken but did not give us the same courtesy when we paid the fee and already toured the house. Find someone else or do not go to these guys unless you want your money to be gone. These guys are not professionals.

I just renewed my lease through Keyrenter and this has been the most amazing experience I’ve ever had with a property management. Brian specifically is who I deal with and any time I’ve had to submit a maintenance request, Brian has had someone in contact with me about whatever issue within hours. I don’t think I’ve even gone a full day of having an issue without being contacted by a contractor to come fix my issue. I Love my little house and as much as you can love a property management company, I love mine.

I recently moved to Las Vegas, but I wanted to share my great experience renting with Keyrenter in Tulsa. The team was always professional, responsive, and made the rental process smooth and easy. Any time I had a question or needed maintenance, they were quick to address it and always kept things straightforward and hassle-free. They really care about their tenants and go above and beyond to provide excellent service.

I had the pleasure of working with Jesus from Keyrenter Properties, and I cannot recommend him enough! From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful, kind, and informative throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, patiently walked me through the details, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. His professionalism and genuine care really stood out, and it was clear that he truly wants to help his clients find the best possible options. I’m not happy with the house due to the fact the house was not move in ready. For 14 days I have been without water to bathe, clean or wash dishes. For 13 days I have been eating out. I want compensation for my health(spider bites ) and lost of money. Almost all electrical outlets are capped off. Air ducts painted over. I can’t open for heat or air. Rats in garage and house. Bath tub doesn’t have a drain cover over hole. It needs a drain so that nothing will fall into it. I’m held responsible for plumbing issues. Spider webs everywhere. No screen door on the front or the back and window screens need to be replaced. Paint on floors, can’t tell if it’s dirt or paint. The house was not clean at all. Garage door is bent and open for rats and any other insects. I want to install a genie on garage but I can’t due to bent garage door. In addition to my complaint the house is very drafty in the winter due to no Heat. So I can imagine what it’s going to be like in the summer. Very hot. I will have to get fans to keep cool. I’ve been through 3 cooking stove from J&J Appliances. I’m in need of another stove. I pray mgmt doesn’t use the same contractor.
