I recently moved and needed a property manager to look after my townhouse. I’ve been extremely pleased with the services provided by PMI Key Bridge. The owner, Jordan, has gone above and beyond in maintaining my home. Because I’ve had some past concerns about water issues, Jordan has personally checked the property several times to make sure everything remains dry. He’s also been proactive in identifying maintenance items and small details I might have missed. I feel completely confident knowing that Jordan and the PMI Key Bridge team are taking excellent care of my home while I’m away. Their professionalism and attention to detail give me great peace of mind.

Wow! If you are looking for an exceptional Rental Mangement Company look no further than PMI Key Bridge LLC. Jordan Day is the Present and CEO of PMI Key Bridge and he is the consummate professional! I was looking to rent my townhouse in Kingstone, Alexandria and from the very beginning he provided a personal and caring touch to the entire experience. He took charge of developing an aggressive marketing and outreach plan that provided potential applications with a wealth of information about the townhouse itself, the community and surrounding area amenities and attractions. He ensured that the townhouse was presented and shown in the best possible light. He took personal charge of arranging for necessary cosmetic and other repairs and maintenance issues to ensure everything was done in a timely and thorough manner. He went to the townhouse during the week and on weekends to follow-up on needed items, often personally accomplishing what was needed himself. He is very much a "hands-on" manager, and he communicated daily to keep me informed on progress toward getting the townhouse rented. He was very successful in quickly found a highly qualified perspective tenant who is now scheduled to move in tomorrow!
