Upen and his team were very responsive and helpful in attaining a mortgage even when other companies told me I would have to wait until my tax return came out in 6 months. We wanted to move in now and he made it happen. Great for business owners. We closed early and the process was smooth.

We have nothing but great things to say about Upen. Working with him was such a pleasure. He is the utmost professional and always available when we needed him. He was also patient in describing the differences across all the loans available to us. We originally went to Upen for a physician's loan but would have trusted him with any type of mortgage. Upen was excellent to work with when getting approved for a mortgage. He kept me updated throughout the process and did not delay in communicating with the realtor and lawyers. Buying a house comes with a lot of moving parts but he always made sure he and his team moved quickly and they never held up the process. If you need the best mortgage product you should reach out to him- he’s always got a solution!

Upen is simply the best. We had a very long and complicated situation, but Upen was always professional, personable, and just overall pleasant. He was always available for a quick call or text and explained everything well. Can’t say enough good things about Upen. Will definitely work with him again.

Throughout the entire process of purchasing our home (from initial contact to final close), Upen was always available and made everything very easy. Our realtor remarked that he was very easy to work with as well. Even though we were located on opposite sides of the country, whenever we needed a document or had questions that needed an answer, Upen was just a phone call or text away. We were in a very competitive real estate market and having someone like Upen on your team is extremely valuable. I would absolutely recommend Upen to anyone looking to purchase a home. You will not be disappointed. I would certainly reach out to him again for our next home purchase.
