This is the 8th year for me to get help from Central Florida Property Management. I'd like to say they are the best. Fred , my manager is the best. He is very professional, responsible and reliable. While I was out of the country, Fred has arranged everything for me and got the new tenant in much sooner than I have expected. Thank you, Fred! Thank you all, Central Florida Property Management!

I rent a house from Megan Bish and she is awesome. I have only had 1 problem and she got it fixed immediately. Next year I am going to buy a house and use Megan as my realtor. Can't speak highly enough about Central FL Prop, When I call the office and speak with Bleu she is always very friendly and responsive. I have even had to talk to Accounting and Debra was wonderful to speak with. Everyone is very professional and easy to communicate with.

I had an excellent experience working with Elaine Osorio at Central Florida Property Management. This was my wife’s and my first time renting out a home, and Elaine made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was knowledgeable, communicative, and supportive every step of the way, helping us feel confident in our new role as landlords. I have leased with this property management company for 3 years and had the absolute pleasure of working with Jamis Godwin. He is always so prompt with his response when I request maintenance, always ready to help and support wherever needed. I truly appreciated all the time that I have got to spend leasing with him.
Things to note: The house was delivered to me very clean and very well kept. Which is always much appreciated, they really do keep up with their maintenance requests, their resident portal are user friendly, the process of leasing with them is very straightforward and they are very organized, on top of that they maintain clear communication with you which I believe is essential to a successful relationship with your tenants. So if you are considering this company, I advise you to trust them. They are truly great!

He is professional, communicative, proactive, and went above and beyond to make the turnover/new tenant process smooth. He took care of everything. We have been in our townhouse, which is managed by Central Florida Property Management, for 7 months and are very happy tenants! The couple times we have had a few normal maintenance issues Fred has been very responsive and professional and always quickly coordinates repairs. I also appreciate the friendly monthly email communications and reminders with tips for maintaining the property including how to change AC filters and other maintenance we agreed to perform in our lease. Everyone else we have worked with has also been efficient and professional. I will happily continue to rent properties from this business.
