I am writing this review to express our appreciation to Megan and the staff for the exceptional support and professionalism you provided during our daughters first house rental experience.
As young women renting their first home independently, this was an important time, and your guidance made all the difference. From the very beginning of the lease to the septic tank malfunction, hard water that was turning everything orange including clothes and everyones’ hair and to the completion of the rental period currently, you and your staff consistently demonstrated a genuine commitment to ensuring that all concerns were handled promptly and appropriately to the best of your ability while doing what the property owner allowed.
Throughout the lease term, several unexpected maintenance issues arose within the home. Each time, you addressed the problems efficiently, communicated clearly about next steps, and ensured that repairs were completed in a timely manner including personally driving to Deland from Orlando. Your proactive approach not only resolved the issues but also provided reassurance during what could have otherwise been a stressful experience.
Megan and the staff’s professionalism and dedication to tenant satisfaction reflect a high standard of property management. It is evident that you take pride in your work and truly care about the well-being of those you serve.
Thank you again for making their first rental experience a positive and supportive one. Your efforts did not go unnoticed, and we are truly grateful.

I have been working with Daniela for two years. She has been great getting my properties rented. She is very professional and the communication is top notch. The reporting keeps everything simple and payments are on time. I highly recommend them if you want a smooth and simple process.

I’ve been with Central Florida Property Management for the past seven years and have had an excellent experience throughout that time. My property manager, Daniela, has been outstanding. She always responds promptly to any questions or issues and she's always clear and professional. We’ve agreed on a level of control where any issues under a set dollar amount are handled without needing input from us, as the landlord, and this has worked fantastically well. It gives us peace of mind knowing things are taken care of efficiently. The continuity of having the same manager for a prolonged time period is invaluable.
In seven years, I’ve only had two tenants. While that’s partly due to the quality of the property, I strongly believe it also reflects the high level of service provided by the management company. Both the tenants and I have been well looked after, which makes a huge difference in long term tenancy and definitley in my overall satisfaction of the service they provide.
I would highly recommend Central Florida Property Management to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and proactive management team.... Be sure to ask for Daniela!!.

Central Florida Property Management has been a great partner. Gilles is an outstanding property manager—responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly experienced. He truly takes the hassle out of managing investment properties, and I have great respect for his professionalism and expertise.
Steve, the owner, is an excellent leader. His knowledge and professionalism are evident in every interaction, and he approaches the relationship as a true partner—listening to concerns while offering thoughtful insights and practical recommendations.
Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and highly recommend Central Florida Property Management.

We chose Central Florida Property Management because as I scoured reviews in Google and reddit CFPM was the only one I ever saw TENANTS leave positive reviews for.
We have had a property in Altamonte Springs managed by Gilles for over a year now and the experience has been fantastic. He (and the company) are reliable, communicative, professional and friendly to boot. He has had tremendous insights to offer and has been super collaborative on the whole process; including tenant selection, providers, and repairs. His skills come at a very fair price as well. Their portal software has also been reliable and easy to use.
We've had the tenants renew another year and couldn't be happier to be working with CFPM and Gilles. They really make managing a property far away a far less daunting proposal and to have happy tenants renewing leases speaks to their professionalism.

We’ve used central Florida property management for 1 year now. We decided to solicited their help when our previous tenant broke the lease early and we were out of town due to some medical issue. They listed our house and secured a tenant relatively quick. Gilles Jones was our property manager and he was very responsive. They sent out the renewal notice fairly early and we already secured a renewal for next year. I highly recommend their service. Their fees are very reasonable too as I compared with other companies.
